Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Charles

I never leave reviews for food places, but this one was so terrible, I made an exception.

I used the app (you know the one they constantly advertise on tv, saying order using the app, pick up at the portal and skip the line!). I ordered my food on the app, paid and it said it would be ready for pickup in the portal in about 35-40 minutes. I head to the store about 30 minutes later, figured if I have to wait a few more minutes when I arrive that’s fine. I walk in and the phone is ringing off the hook. There’s no one at the register. There’s a worker in the back with headphones dancing or something. Finally, a girl comes walking out the back and says “can I help you?” I mention I’m picking up my order in the portal, which is empty. She asks the order number, I show her my phone with the confirmation number and she says “oh it ain’t ready yet. Gonna be about 10 minutes.” I assumed they haven’t even prepared it. I go wait in the car for 10 minutes, return to the store, the phone is still ringing off the hook, no one at the register. I stand there for literally 5-6 minutes before someone returns to the front. She says “oh yeah, it’s gonna be about 10 minutes.” I wait patiently, she finally brings half of my order and says “we’re still waiting on the cheese sticks.” I wait another 5 or so minutes and she finally brings them out. To top this wonderful experience off, I get home and the pizza isn’t even cut lol.

This place was absolutely terrible. What’s the point of the portal and the app, if you just have to reorder it when you get there? BTW I couldn’t even imagine using their delivery service they advertise. I’m pretty sure they would arrive an hour late and drive on my lawn. I would rather unclog a gas station restroom toilet with my bare hands then...

The staff has the combined IQ of a 4th grader. Made a custom order that included stuffed crust. Got my pick up time and an hour later I walk into the store. Entered my code into their pick up portal machine and it says invalid code. I don’t see my name on the screen so I figured it’s busy and they’re running a little late so I sat down as the cashier watches what just happened. 5 minutes pass by and she decides mention that the pizza portal isn’t working. (After she seen me messing with it for a couple of mins) She then asks for my order and I tell her it’s a custom pizza under Fran. She goes to kitchen and checks on it and tells me it’s still being made. It’s whatever I patiently wait while people are coming into the store ordering and getting their food before me who ordered a whole hour prior to showing up. 15 minutes pass by and I ask her if she has any idea how long it’s going to take. She goes back to the kitchen and comes back and does not say a single word to me but starts helping new customers in line. Line slows down and my pizza is finally ready. She lets me know I pick it up and double checked to make sure it’s what I got. Nothing close to what I ordered. Just a regular pepperoni pizza. Asked for a refund she grabs her manager the manager walks up to the store and gives me a flat stare as if I’m holding up the line for asking for a refund. First of all and importantly, Pizzas and breadsticks were baked to perfection. The only reason I didnt give it all stars is because instead of my meals being ready within 15 mins I had to wait around 25 mins from the supposed pick-up time to when I finally could eat. After I paid and confirmed the order online it informed me it would be ready by 15 mins later, that, or, I'd get email letting me know when ready and with a scan code. Email never arrived, still hasn't, and it was two days ago. I waited 10 mins pass the supposed pick up time to see if arrive just in case. So I decided to Call em. An employee Said it was ready. So I show up. When it was my turn at the counter I asked for my meals. I was told to wait. He apologized about it though. I'd say I had to wait for around 10 mins over there. If I was told over the phone it wasn't ready yet then I'd have waited at home a lil longer. I dont mind waiting at a pizza place though. Its just that employee could have told me its not ready. Smh just saying. The place was really busy though because there were already around 7 people in there... either waiting for their orders or waiting in line to make orders at counter. Must be that they make great...
