Burger King — Restaurant in Lake Charles

I wish I could choose a zero star. The absolute WORSE Burger King I have ever been to. There were no crispy chicken patties. The person working the window was extremely rude and thought it was funny. He handed me a drink that was only half full. I said why are you handing me a half cup, he said we are out of Dr. Pepper and laughed. I said I want a full cup he said well you have to pick something else. Also when he handed me the cups I asked what was in each cup...he laughed and said...I don't know...I asked him if they had Dr. Pepper in the lobby area he said I don't know but you can pull around and go inside and check. There was NO in the lobby. Their grilled chicken sandwich was disgusting and the French fries tasted like they had been cooked since lunch and we were there for supper. Now I understand why there were 0 customers in the lobby and in the drive...

Pros:

They got the drive-thru order right.

Cons:

EVERYTHING ELSE to include:

Whoppers were cold, buns stale. The fries were OLD & COLD - think they'd likely been sitting there since lunchtime ...that day old...

THEY WERE OUT OF:

LETTUCE, MAYO & ONION RINGS

Drive-thru attendant was very rude... I understand that working in the fast food industry can be frustrating, but to treat a customer (THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE AT THE TIME) like they've inconvenienced you by placing a dinner order for 2 is both unprofessional & unacceptable.

I don't know who manages this location but the leadership here is non-existent. Do better BK!

Note: Not a Karen... I placed the order for pick up in advance. Arrived to pick up my order 5 mins later... Whopper & fries were both cold... Entire transaction and meal SUCKED!

people don't like there job dosent need to work there i wanted to make 2 orders in drive thru it was raining and had alot of people in my truck girl so rudely gonna say take a look at the menu ill be with u ....no thank you welcome to burger king ok cool then i order food and my order was done another guy had to order and they said they could only take one order in drive thru ok added his order with mine cool get to the window pay then get 4 drinks out of the 6 we ordered had to ask for a drink carrier and didnt get it then was asked to pull up so i pulled around park got down then i asked for the 2 drinks i didnt get and a drink holder they gave me my cups but so unprofessional didnt even apologize and had a few customers in the lobby but playing round only good experience i had was they got my order right other than...
