Pasta Lab — Restaurant in Lake Charles

My friend and I came for a class and let me tell you. It was worth every penny. Not only did we learn how to make ALL the pasta, but they prepared a cheese board for us, taught us about the cheese they served, and you can bring a bottle of wine or bubbly to drink while you go through the class.
