Smoothie King — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Usually Smoothy King is great but the service with this trip was very unsatisfactory. I asked for a smoothy bowl and was told “we don’t make smoothy bowls an hour before close” which is fine, but then every question asked after was answered with a very short disinterested response. I then asked for a watermelon refresher smoothy. She says “we don’t have coconut water”. I ask what will she use instead of coconut water. “We won’t use anything.” I was confused and wanted to clarify that the coconut water wouldn’t be replaced with anything and she says “yeah” I was like on that’s fine, can you still make it. “Yeah” ok I’ll still have it. “Size?” I say medium and finish my order. I was very disappointed with the service I received this morning. The lady with the short haircut (beach blonde) had a terrible attitude. I ordered 2 smoothies through the app, my order was supposed to be ready at 8:56am. I pull up to the window and she’s just staring at me. I tell her I had an app order and she said “oh well I haven’t even started making it yet so you’re gonna have to wait” turned around and walked away, I waited an extra 10 minutes for my order. I don’t normally like making bad reviews on a place, but it’s sad to say that as amazing as their smoothies are, the staff are highly unprofessional. These past few times hasn’t been a great experience for me. The first bad experience, I came 15 minutes before closing and the lady on the speaker said that they’ll take my order while another lady on the speaker said that they were closed so I left.
