Mr Gatti's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Mr. Gatti’s has a special place in my family’s heart. As kids, my parents took my siblings and I to Gatti’s often. We loved playing in Gatti Land, and what kid doesn’t love pizza?! I remember the restaurant being a place where kids could eat a few slices and pizza, then run to the game room, then run back and eat more and no one ever seemed to be bothered. 40 years later, my parents are still taking us to Gatti’s, and now my 2 year old son is getting the same experience that I did. The management is unmatched and the staff is unbelievable. The owner always has a cheerful smile and is sure to give you a personal hello at some point. Everyone greets you with genuine sincerity and strives to give you a great food and entertainment experience. The food is always fresh. The salad bar is remarkable. The pizza is perfect. The restaurant is always clean and the staff promptly removes used plates from the tables. As far as the overall ambiance is concerned, Gatt’s has mastered the art of satisfying parents and kids simultaneously! Dine in, pick up a pizza to go - you won’t be disappointed with the service or the quality. We stopped at Mr. Gatti's while passing through Lake Charles on Monday, July 3. It was 1:30pm so we were somewhat worried that they would be ready to close.

Everything was perfect! The salad bar was fresh. The pizza was hot and fresh. The pasta was really good. They had a bunch of dessert pizzas as well. We counted more than 10 different pizzas on the buffet at all time. They are doing a Summer Special for the kids all summer long. Kids get a FREE $8 Gattiland Play Card with a purchase of a kid's buffet. They also offer a Military discount, so that's a big plus for our family. All of the employees were pleasant and seemed happy to be at work.

Our favorite place in Lake Charles! Mr. Rick is geniunely the nicest man you will ever meet and treats allof his guests like their a friend. He always has an amazng staff that are happy to be at work, quick to clean the tables or anything else (its one of the cleanest resturants in town), and are always curtious and smiling ready to help. The pizza is delicious with many different choices and the salad bar is always fresh. Plus their game room has a variety of fun games, one ofmy sons favorites is a 3D “ride;“ and they keep the prizes stocked with many different options and much better quality then you’ll find anywhere else.
