Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Ordered online! I pulled up to window and was immediately told to pull up they were working on my order. I waited for an hour when someone yelled out the window and asked if I got my oder yet. I responded no and they said they were working on it now. 20 minutes later someone comes out with my food. She is apologizing and kept repeating how she gave me extra food due to me waiting so long. She then ask if I have my drinks. I say no and she ask if I can get down and get them because they are short handed. No problem I got down and grabbed them. The lady inside told the worker who brought my food " you better hook her up with extra food" and the lady said oh I already did. Although it was kinda ridiculous to wait 1.5 hours for drive thru food at this point I was cool calm and collective cause I wasn't in a hurry. I get home open the bag and start sorting out everyones food. We might have gotten some extra food in the bag but there was nothing in that bag that we ordered. Normally it's whatever but when my 4 year old wants "chicken with a bone" and I spend $14 on her some chicken with a bone I expect to get it but instead all I got was a bunch of spicy tenders that none of my children could even eat could eat and a bunch of sides. Didn't even get the dips we ordered to us the dips we ordered. Only thing they got correct was drinks and the drinks were so watered down by the time I got them that they went in the trash. Back when we could have fed our entire family for $20 this might not have been such a big deal but when I'm paying damn near $20 for one meal I expect to get that meal. This Popeyes on Prien Lake Rd, is nasty. The counter top where are oders are taken/placed had spillage of something very sticky. I asked for a wet towel one of the attendants handed me a handful of dry napkins which i tried to wipe the countertop with no luck. It stuck to counter top. I ordered the Surf & Turf with drink, the attandant handed me the cup and I looked under the dispencer at the nozzles well definately not been cleaned in AWHILE the manager was buzzing around in the kitchen. Tried to get her attention, the attendant for the grabbed a broom and disappeared in a closet maybe it was an office maybe? Two other patrons was standing in a line all three of us were at the counter waiting. The attendant walked by three times looked at us and kept going. The other two patrons walked out of restaurant. I had already paid approximately 6 to 8 minutes but still waiting on one of the items that was included in my order. The whole crew here needs job skills RETRAINING, courteous training. I'm a regular at Popeyes here. Funny I got asked by Google today to rate this one. Used to be really good but lately mediocre. Today... I took literally from walk in at 1:20p being the only person in line until someone took my order at 1:50p... Yep. I timed it. 2 workers called out someone at the reg. No one bothered to help. A lady came to ask for a take out. I didn't say anything...she just needed a box. She called a young man... He just didn't even acknowledge her besides look at her. Finally another older worker came half-heartedly after that lady was waiting 10 min and saying she was in a hurry. Older worker said "don't ha e to be rude..." which I'm not sure when in a hurry became rude. Finally got to me at 1:50...
