Prestige 337 — Restaurant in Lake Charles

We wanted over an hour and a half for the food and over 15-20 mins for drinks. We had a party of 6. My friend had to continuously go to the front and check on the status of the food/drinks

The waitress was the food runner, bartender, door greeter, host, and waitress. When the check comes gratuity is added. The waitress was nice but the gratuity should not have been added. The owner of 337 prestige should have been responsible for their employee extra monetary expenses for her being the only person there. She would have gotten a tip but not as much as that gratuity because it was not a great customer experience.

The restaurant being open and understaff affects the customer who is spending their money and this should definitely be addressed! If you do not have the staff do not open. If you do not have a staff member who can work a room and not miss a beat do not open or...

We were waited on by Parker who always had a smile and we had the Caribbean Jerk Lamp Chops(AMAZING)! We also ordered the Prestige Burger.(cooked with love). The chicken and sausage gumbo !!!! Whew !!! Nothing else to say

All of our food came out hot and fresh. It was all delicious and they have a very distinct flavor we really enjoyed. I ordered the “Make me smirk” drink. (Margarita), It was very good.

The owner Michelle was walking around engaging with her guests. The low lighting provided a very intimate feel which was perfect for date night.
