Rosita's 2 Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Lake Charles

This was my third time eating at this restaurant and the food was bussin every SINGLE time. It is my absolute favorite restaurant in Lake Charles and my favorite mexican restaurant of all time and I will tell you why. First of all as I said the food has been consistently AMAZING. But, this time it was my birthday. My mom and stepdad got their WAY TOO early and asked for 6 additional chairs. They were very busy but was never once rude to them for holding eight chairs at a table without ordering. They were extremely kind. Then when they found out it was my birthday they played Happy Birthday videos on their TV and made me a special little dessert with churros and icing which was DELICIOUS and they didn't charge us for it.Then 6 of us stayed way after finishing our food and asking for to go boxes and they never ONCE made us feel like we needed to leave. Worse customer service ever experienced. My girlfriend ordered cheesless tacos, with myself and one other witness hearing the order. The lady taking the order even said, "this is a first I hear someone order this". Low and behold when we get home her order has cheese, she being lactose intolerant can not eat them. After calling, and initially refusing to fix the order, they agreed to exchange the order. We must bring back the original order( which makes me think someone will be eating used tacos tonight) in exchange for the right order. No refund offered, or money back. She asked for at least a free drink for the 40 minute round trip we have to endure to which they replied they can only give us a fully priced drink. Also if note, the lady taking the order wrote it down correctly, so this is explicitly their fault. 0 out of 10...
