Horrible Customer service! Unfriendly rude rude rude not helpful arrogant management will not describe anything if you need clarification to the menu items. Ask and get a response like its some problem. Whats surprising is on this visit i was treated with so much attitude i asked to speak with a manager and guess what Blake had the audacity to tell me that she was the manager I was pretty shocked that the leadership here is so lacking and rude. I couldn't believe it and asked for her manager and she wouldn't give it to me and basically argued with me about it back and forth and after enough time finally told me that I could get it off my receipt if I wanted it that bad. Sunday June 12, 2022, I visited Sonic on HWY 14 where I purchased the supreme sonic burrito meal before work. I bit into the burrito something did not taste right I look at my food and this what was inside(a whole fly🪰). I occasionally visit this sonic in that it’s convenient & close to my job; for breakfast & lunch. However, this caused me to become instantly sick to my stomach the entire work day(8hrs). I am BEYOND DISGUSTED AND ANGRY. I will NEVER eat here again not even for a drink!! I will not tread lightly on this matter. This is the worst sonic I've been to so far and I usually love eating there. We had ordered a few things online and checked in. It took more than thirty minutes just for our order to go through after speaking with an employee. Then it took another 20 or so minutes for it to finally come out to us after we had spoken with a second employee. Some of the food was burnt and our orders weren't correct. I would've expected better especially since this sonic wasn't busy. They had maybe four customers at a time and it took almost an hour for us to finally get our order.
