The absolute WORST Taco Bell location I have ever been to. First off I can say I don’t know what goes on behind closed doors, but there were only 5 cars there and it took me nearly 20 minutes to get to order. I started off with asking for the new flatbread tacos and he said something very quietly into the mic, so I asked him politely to speak louder because I couldn’t hear him, he immediately responded with a terrible attitude saying our flatbread is frozen right now “bruh.” So I said ok that’s alright can I get some of the new loaded taco fries, he responded back with an attitude saying only burritos in which I thought he was talking about they could only do the loaded fry burrito so I said I’ll take the burrito then. He responded with an attitude again saying what burrito do you want. Could barely hear him so I asked him to please speak up again, he said oh my gosh sir we are only doing burritos, tacos ,and quesadillas. Again still don’t know what goes on behind closed doors but they’ve been doing just those 3 items for close to a year now. So I ordered an extremely simple order to make it easy for him. Not only was half of it cold, but I was missing like half my order. I had to go through the line THREE times before they got it right. I’m not the one to write reviews but this location has done this so many times and this experience was just so ungodly awful I had to write one hoping corporate will see it. One good thing I have to say was a young fella came out that brought my food and he was extremely nice. Wish I would’ve gotten his name so he wouldn’t be...
Read moreTo start off I'm positive they were late opening cause a man was sitting in the drive through for about 15-20 mins while we were waiting to meet up with a friend in the Walmart parking lot. We were in a hurry so chose to eat there anyways thinking maybe he had a large order or something. When we went to order the lady was super rude and pushy. Our son is autistic and my wife had asked her to hold on just one second to see what he wanted to drink for sure and she kept on saying, drink, what you want to drink with an attitude. The rest of the ordering process was basically the same thing even though my wife was calling it off quickly. She just didn't seem to want to be there which is fine but it showed! Once we got to the window. More of the same and we had to sit there for 8-10 mins for things. We don't mind waiting for good food But the cinnamon bun 2 pack was soaked in grease, the crunch wrap supreme with steak had literally 3 little strips of steak with a grease soaked hash brown, the sausage quesadilla didn't have enough little sausage pieces . I had to dig around to find meat. All the tortillas were over done and hard as a rock. The food was bad enough that if we weren't in a hurry I would have had my wife go back...
