I ordered on the mobile app I am leaving a review from my husband‘s account because I’m really that pissed off. I ordered it on the mobile app for drive-through pick up like I usually do because I am pregnant and huge. I just wanna go ahead and get food at the window and go on about my day. Not only do I get to the drive-through And I’m told to come inside to pick up my order even though it instruct me to go through the drive-through per their GM, I go walk around on the Sidewalk and doors are locked. So I go wobble my big self back and get back in my car, And go through the drive-through again just to find out that the entrance is in the middle of the drive-through and even though my app says pick up in drive through their GM said it doesn’t matter they can’t hand me my order through the window, which is CRAZY bcuz I am not Uber eats or doordyas I’m a mobile app paying customer instructed to go pick up at the drive thru window. So now I gotta wait for the car in front of me to get out of my way so I can go again and wobble through the middle of the drive-through and not get ran over to go inside and get my order. Walk up to the counter I’m not there fixing food. They don’t say maam hold on. They don’t say I’ll be right with you. They were just talking to each other and working. So I go and start checking our orders to find out which one is mine and find out that one of them is mine and there’s only one drink when I ordered four meals. I let them know. I’m missing three drinks and strawberry lemonade is ready. I have to make the other three drinks from my order that should’ve been made. I Go ahead to the drink area, make my drinks and have ants crawling all around my cups and then as I’m on my way out I get a drink carrier and leave. I’m annoyed bcuz I just got back from church standing n singing n clapping n my pregnant self is tired and I have to play ring around the Wendy’s to find the entrance with dry customer service. And I’m writing to corporate bcuz after working two hospitality jobs, there’s no way this service is good and then didn’t even have all my silverware for my bbq nuggets. Read morePoor poor poor!! In the last 4 months I've been seeing some changes this wendys is going down hill.. I remember I use to love to head on over there for my lunch break.. But then service got poor product was not fresh whole environment just isn't the same. They had this cashier who smile and attitude would brighting up your day called her red lips great employe . I decide to go in today WHY I don't know even worse I have a 30min break takes me 10mins to get there I literally order and waited 15mins for a value fry crispy chicken frosty it smells of gas and urine its bugs and its winter. Read morewent through the drive thru & they got my order wrong, went back & not only did they get my order wrong AGAIN, there was eggshells in my food. I go in to get it corrected for the third time & they tell me to come back tomorrow because breakfast ended at 10:30 (mind you it’s 10:32). there’s a specific male worker that has such a crazy rude attitude. but I would have an attitude if I looked like that as well. anyways, I go back the next day for them to be extremely rude & unprofessional. like I’m the person in the wrong? I went through the drive thru 4 times for 1 order! & i took time out of my morning to come back to an establishment. these Wendy’s employees need to remember that I don’t get paid by the hour to wait around on them to get their stuff together. but they’re getting paid by the hour to get my order wrong, repeatedly at that.
