Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Lake City

I have been around this small world but truth be told. Today is 05/01/21. A good friend and I don't have many built a very nice picture in my mind of how good the food is at Beef'O'Brady's? I always give an establishment 3 times to correct itself. But one swift motion has cause a cascade of things. DoorDash is the go between because they are the Delivers "Delivery" waiting for the food seem to be quick and on said time. Now it's here I asked, is it all here? The driver said"we are not allowed to open the bags to check the order. Looking at the receipt and idems, checking everything I was shocked to see stuff not there. Paying for a dinner that moved further South than my position. Extra Extra Wing Sauce-Split Sauces- Honey BBQ Wing Sauce- Mild Wing Sauce????? None "WHAT!!!!!" WINGS COLD AND DRY."WHAT" I STEPPED BACK. Okay well my friend and I said "can't wait to drink the Cream soda" Freestyle that should have been with the order?😵 ORANGE FREESTYLE FLAVOR😳 I have always given in to the well known fact that Sh*t happens. Called them after we noticed all this. Angry LOL no caps "beef o brady's"said "only thing they can do is give us 25% off on our next meal. DoorDash is responsible" Bells going off and explosions all through my thoughts. The food was from them. All the missing things didn't seem to matter to the Restaurant but pointed a finger at DoorDash. DoorDash stated they are not allowed to open or view the contents in bags. Instead of admitting their mistakes and not even making an effort to say the least, oh added more stupidness by The Resteruant hanging up on my friend who is nice the whole time and stating we just want what we had paid for. Now I'm a grown person why lie?, Why mad and hanging up on customers. My concern is the food can only be as good as its service. Its the old snowball effect that can and will damage the credibility of said...

Last season we came and ate and got drinks every Sunday afternoon to watch football and eat and drink. Today, we went to watch the game and asked 8 times, 8 different times literally for them to put the game on. When our server didn’t forget, she actually changed it twice and either her bf and friend or the BOH crew was on break because they kept switching the channel while sitting at the bar. Guess they were amused. We were not rude at all and finally asked another server who was super helpful and she finally put it on another TV. So yes the whole experience was ruined for us, when there’s 20 TVs in there and you have your TVs you were watching already on your game, then why was it necessary to switch the tv that was only viewable to me and my husband….. it was slow, like one party left so at one point it was just me and my husband in there….being a manager myself, when you barely have customers in there you should pay extra attention to the few you have bc they will matter the most. So for future, I guess we will watch the rest of the season elsewhere where the channels aren’t mysteriously getting changed and everyone laughing about it. Also, thought the fresh Rita was like $3 extra on those meal deals and mine was $7. Food was good though. The last server with the dark brown hair, super skinny, was great. Props to her bc she was the only one in there with drive to move fast and take care of us...

Wednesday at 8:15 is a bad time to visit. Me and my girlfriend and brother in law stood at door waiting to be seated for wayyyy to long . Had to flag down someone for service as a waitress walked by us 10 times and didn't bother to acknowledge us. The bartender and manager had to tend to us and I am thankful they helped us but the rest of the staff I have no good words for also our food was warm not hot at all . This is the first bad experience i have ever had at this place . There was one employee at the bar who looked dead at us 3 times but was far to busy chatting up with a customer to bother with us . Also I thought i ordered something else and the manger was nice when she corrected me . My bad lol. Abby is a waitress that usually take care of use but was not there . Excluding the manager and the bartender who were awesome to us by the way the service and food was trash . 75 bux for what ???? After lunch its a gamble 😬 this was also my Brother in laws first experience at beef o bradys
