Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lake City

Edit: 2023. With regret decided to give my childhood pizza place another chance .. the wings were so soggy, undercooked outside and had mostly fat. They made us very bloated. The stuffed crust pizza crust was literally hollow like a Barrell. You could shove a marker through there easily. They must only use half a string cheese stick now. The pizzas made me SO BLOATED. I'll never eat here again. They no longer serve sliced ham, it's chopped bits now usually overcooked and too chewy. It ruined the experience of ham and pineapple. The mushrooms are now canned and no longer fresh. I decided to order a second pizza stuffed crust without asking for extra cheese. You could see the bottom crust there was no cheese on it at all. Terrible taste like it was yesterday's pizza. I had to add cheese when I got home. It was also very very rubbery, cold, chewy. Too buttery and salty. This corporation got greedy and ruined pizza hut. I became so bloated I had to fast and detox then hydrate for days. Worst pizza hut ever. I've actually been to ones that make fresh nice thick pizzas. This place is not it. Cardboard thin!!!! Tasted terrible. Bread sticks were disgusting. Very old and dry tasting. Bland is the word. Dreadful. I gave the leftover pizzas, wings, and bread sticks to the stray cats. They loved it. Not me! Total Rip off prices now too.

Update 2022. This is still the worst pizza hut. Asked light cook and it was completely raw!!!! Yet normally its too rubbery and well done burnt. . So....2021 Changing my review again! Worst pizza hut I've ever been to. Ordered a stuffed crust and it was cold, had been hardened, rubbery, no cheese hardly on it. Hollow crust. Overcooked browned pizza. I should have sent it back but was really hungry and we had already eaten 2 slices. One time they didn't get the order right and said it was ready for lick up. I got there and they had no idea who I talked to. Got sick twice eating here in the past too. Pizza was cold and disgusting yet again, salty, old, so was the party box. It looked like a sad joke. Pizza hut went way down hill. I been eating pizza hut since the 80s and it's not at all the same. Dont let their new retro logo box fool you. It also looks trashy seeing employees smoking outback in their aprons on by the trash bin grilling people who drive around. Also too pricey for the food that makes you bloated. Boneless Wings barely had meat on them. They forgot the dipping sauce again!!!!! Stuffed crust again barely has any cheese in it. Are you serious? Its hollow crust again.... Cardboard thin. Too salty. No cheese at all. Crumbly. Rubbery. I could lift and drop a slice like it was a pack of cold cuts. Another thing is once I showed up once after ordering on the phone and they had no recollection of my order.

Another thi g is its laughable their photos show these giant thick pizzas stretching out cheese and cheesy pastas. That's false advertisin .

So for their prices I can go to a nice mom and pop local place instead and get a legit giant sized Italian pizza with...

On the 11th of January called at 8:43 pm to order delivery, asked for a specific employee due to the fact that my residence is hard to find and the employee and his girlfriend which are both managers know how to get to my residence. One of the other employees called the employee I asked for at home lied saying I was causing problems with his job and I was not I just didn't want cold pizza and or waisted anyone's time trying to find my residence. I paid for the pizza and bread sticks. The employee which was not at work proceeded to text my phone very unroffesional so I called Pizza Hut back to cancell my order and Jose manager proceeded to inform me it would take 5-24 hours to recieved my funds back if I cancelled I said never mind for them to fix my pizza and deliver it it. Manager Jose hung up on me twice. He also refuse to give me corporates number and after 10pn on the 11th I called Pizza Hut and was informed that my order was cancelled and was hung u as on again. I am still waiting for my funds to be given back and waiting for corporate to call me due to this incident. I will never ever call for the delivery from pizza hut or any other restaurants again. Very rude and...

First I download the app for the online specials. Then after all of the hoops I jumped through including verifying texts to my phone and emails I place the order and it told me at the end that there was an error and I needed to contact the store. So I called the store and spoke to the lady who answered and it actually had gone through. So I wait...and wait. In the meanwhile I missed calls from the store. I called back and was told by the manager that the number they had on file and the number i called from was different and they can't deliver to an address when there is a conflict in numbers. Bear in mind this number was VERIFIED by the original person on the phone and is the one that the texts were sent to from the app. So I call back an HOUR after my order and.was told by the manager they can not deliver because this was a different phone than they had on file so they had to verify the number prior to delivery. So as a rest, it will be another 30 minutes before they can deliver. I told her to cancel it as my kids were already approaching bath and bed time. I will NEVER order...
