Overall, just a bad experience, if you don't have certain items and people are ordering off the app, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to take those things off the menu. I know it other dunkins that simply what they do where you don't order it and they don't have it. Not the case here. And when you ask for something else then when it's not for you you have to call the people figure it out. Get back in the drive-thru come back through and they decide that they would like apple fritters instead because they don't have any of the donuts you did order and they said that there is a different amount and you say well I will pay the difference. Oh that's not an option. So basically you could continue to pay for something that you Do not want because they don't have the two items that the people that ordered would like. It's called customer service. If you don't have it, make the customer happy. Give them the next thing they would like. We're talking about about it. Maybe a dollar difference that I tried to pay but that wasn't an option so I had to get them. Just whatever donuts and it may not seem like a big deal to you, but when you have people that are picky and it isn't for you, it's just ridiculous. The common sense has went out the window and they do not know how to service the customer correctly. So you get up to the window. They just start throwing food at you and your drinks. They don't say anything to you like. How are you doing? Hope you have a good day. Not even have a day that you deserve because they know they were in the wrong and they're just lazy. The owner of this location should be mortified that he has people like this...
Read moreI am highly disappointed in the service and response I received from the manager this morning. I placed this order on the app at 7:43 am as a walk in pick up. Upon arriving to the store, the doors were locked therefore I could not pick up the order. I waited in the drive through line for approximately 15 minutes. While waiting in the line it took roughly 4 minutes for an employee to come to the speaker and begin taking orders. After continuing to sit and wait on the employee to continue taking the order, I drove around the long anticipated line up to the window. Upon approaching the window, the manager had an attitude and asked “um can I help you.” I said I’m here to pick up my order. She said I would have to tell her what order it is from the speaker. I gave her the name of the order she said she didn’t know if it was ready. At this time is it after 8 am and there is still a long line waiting for orders to be taken in the drive through. Instead of giving me the order because I’m sure it was ready, she stated she is training new employees and is short staffed and could not issue a refund I would have to call. This is such a great inconvenience. I understand being short staffed but training new employees during the heightened time of the morning when it will obviously be busy isn’t the best time to train employees. Also if the order was placed and completed, I should not have to wait in the drive through with customers that have not ordered yet. I didn’t get my order or the proper service unfortunately. I am highly disappointed in this location. I have been a committed customer for...
Read moreThis morning, I went to Dunkin' Donuts and ordered through the drive-thru. When the employee handed me my food, I drove off without checking that I had everything. It wasn't until I was further down the street that I realized part of my order was missing. I decided to get an oil change first and then returned to the Dunkin' Donuts about an hour later to request the missing items.
When I entered the store, a woman at the register was packing glazed donuts into a box. She neither greeted me nor acknowledged my presence but instead called for someone named Anna to come to the front. As I continued to wait without being acknowledged, I approached two gentlemen who were prepping food. I explained my situation, and one of them looked at an open bag on the counter that contained the same item I had ordered earlier, saying, "Oh, here you go."
I asked if they could remake the order since the food was cold, and I wasn't sure when it had been prepared. They both displayed an attitude, and one of them proceeded to make my order without wearing gloves, handing me the bacon without packaging it in a larger bag. When I asked for a bag, he handed a flat bag to his coworker, who then gave it to me to package my food.
The lack of professionalism and disregard for proper handling issues is unacceptable and this was not the first time I've had a problem at this location. I subsequently called their corporate office and plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and OSHA due to the food handler not...
