Hardee’s — Restaurant in Lake City

The girl working the drive through around 8:15 pm was incredibly rude. She has a horrible attitude when speaking through the drive thru speaker. I was second in a line of 4 cars and the first vehicle sat at the window for several minutes and not one employee tended to him. He sat there so long without anyone taking his payment or even coming to the window, he eventually drove off with nothing. Finally I pull up and I sit there for a good 2-3 minutes before anyone even comes to the window. She tells me a different total, I'm assuming the man who drove off total. I told her that wasn't my order and that person drove off a couple minutes ago. She yells from the window to the kitchen that she doesn't need that order anymore, tells me my total, I pay and she walks away. A minute or two later she brings me my food. My chicken wraps were so poorly made, messy and sloppy I couldn't eat it without a fork and knife. I gave up after the first one and threw the second one away. I rarely eat Hardee's for lunch/dinner, I think I'll just stick...

Nothing happens right here. I’ve driven by so many times and wondered why there was no one in the drive-through while every other fast food restaurant around it at least has a few cars in line.

Today, because I was in a hurry AND there was no one in the drive-through, I decided I would try this Hardees one more time because there was a two for five deal with some wraps. Turns out I waited seven minutes after paying, only to find my food was cold and old and not put together with care. My ranch wrap had very little ranch, I couldn’t even tell I was eating chicken, mostly breading, and it was cold to the touch. Chicken was barely warm.

Ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich… Nice try but just not enough. I don’t know if that bun was supposed to be toasted? It was dry? The toppings were there but it just was a bare minimum effort. Not enough. Dry. Why do that?

The person in the window didn’t even make eye contact with me. Never apologized for my wait.

Can we get the teenagers back in these QSRs? At least they...

Love this Hardee's. Been coming here with my grandpa since I was very young boy. This store has seen many renovations but it's very nice and clean. I did love it a little more when you could buy tacos here. I usually come for breakfast, actually only go here for breakfast and it's usually with my daughter or my girl friend. My daughter loves the biscuits and gravy amd I usually get the pork chop biscuit or the steak biscuit. My last visit I heard several customers complaining to upper management about them doing away with the cinnamon raison biscuits. The manager there said that it was a corporate decision to get rid of it. They expressed that they loved it. The cinnamon roll replaced it. Overall this is a great location of a hardees and always has pretty good service and food. It's also good they have upper management frequent the store for customer input. Bring back the fried chicken and the awesome kids meals like from the 1990s. Stop in and enjoy some great southern comfort...
