Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lake City

I had an experience at this establishment that left a bad taste in my mouth. I saw an add online for the crazy puff party pack and decided to stop in to order one. Their was a teen girl working the counter. Rebecca was her name. She told me that was an online special only. Okay, no problem. I've never ordered Little Caesars online before. I placed my order, saw the confirmation screen, and went and stood in the lobby. About 10 minutes go by and Rebecca says your order is going in the oven right now. Okay, that took a while considering they weren't very busy. I go and sit down in one of the chairs and wait. After about 15 minutes past my estimated pickup time, I get up and start wandering around the lobby to make sure they didn't forget about me. Customers walk in, Rebecca sees me multiple times, i walk in and out to vape multiple times. Nothing. At 30 minutes past my pickup time, it becomes a game. How long will they let me sit here seemingly ignoring me? 52 minutes past my pickup time is how long. Someone only came to see if I was waiting on something when I started playing music on my phone. Amazingly, that got a very swift response. Yeah, as a matter of fact, I am waiting on something. A crazy puff party pack. "That's in the pizza portal. All online order are in the pizza portal." the woman says matter-of-factly. OH REALLY? So your employee Rebecca just let me sit in the lobby wasting my time because I'm too dumb to know how things work. Got it. To compound the issue, Rebecca lied and said that she told me they were ready when she clearly didnt. That's not good. Lying doesn't get you anything good in life. In this case, it earned this establishment a bad review while I eat my freshly made crazy puffs. I had to ask for them. They weren't offered. I...

It was pizza night at my house. My wife and I have mutual respect for Little Caesars. We have also bought from the other normal pizza shops, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, and Hungry Howie's. Little Caesar's is the most consistent. Usually, in Lake City, the best pizza as well. The deep dish pizza is our regular order. The reason it only receives 4 stars? Well, when I said they're "consistent." Other locations of Little Caesar's, as in my old neighborhood in Riverview, FL, in comparison to Lake City, FL. They don't understand the special order of "double cheese." When you buy two deep dish pizzas at $20ish with tax. If you buy two deep dish pizzas at almost $30 with tax, with double cheese? You expect to get cheese content that will be commensurate to the price charged. Consistently, the quality of the pizza has been good, but it is also consistently that the "double cheese" order is not completed to our specifications for the price charged. I have considered taking up the deficiency with general or district management. However, we have just relegated our pizza choice from Little Caesar's to be as it comes. We'll save special "double cheese" orders for sit-down restaurants. Little Caesar's is a good value for the price, as it comes. Little Caesars Pizza has always been delicious and filling. Nowadays it is also very moderately priced. Their prices haven't gone up like other pizza places have with their $5 hot and ready large pepperoni pizza. The gentleman that took old order was kind and courteous, he was working both the front register and the drive-thru. The employees that were in the back making the pizzas smiled if you looked back there and got eye contact. Other than that the place was clean, lots of smiles, and some really good pizza. So if you're in the neighborhood and looking for a quick and not expensive idea for dinner Little Caesars is a great choice. Just a little update about this little Caesars location. Does cashier probably the manager miss Julie is a wonderful person. She has the patience of the saint, and a heart as big as a watermelon. 20 minutes I know it sounds funny but this woman took the time to make sure we were getting an order right suggestive sells 2 l of Pepsi I appreciate this Julie so much.
