I stopped at this Taco Bell today because I wanted a Crunch Wrap. I decided to go inside and order, because I haven't been at a Taco Bell recently, and am not familiar with the menu. First I noticed it tells you to order at the Kiosk. I've never used it before, so it took me a little while. I couldn't figure out where to request the mild sauce, but a kind young lady behind the counter helped me. Someone asked me if I got my medium cup yet. I said, "No." They handed it to me, and I got my drink. I noticed there was some red yucky looking foreign substance in the area where you set your cup under the drink selection. But filled my cup anyway. They handed me my food, and I decided to go ahead and eat at a table. There was no one else in the eating area at that time. After a couple of minutes, another customer came in and ordered. He also chose to eat his take out order inside. My food was good. No complaint there. But as I was eating, I looked around, and decided my choice to eat in there was a poor decision. The tables looked like they were 50 years old and had never been fully cleaned. There was nasty dark crud around the edges, and the finish on the tops had mostly worn off, so liquid was absorbing into the bare wood. The stools and chairs were also dirty around the sides (like they hadn't ever been cleaned). The wooden bench seats were stained and dirty. If the eating area was any indication of how the kitchen was cleaned, it's no wonder people joke about Taco Bell causing intestinal issues!! When I mentioned the presence of the red nasty substance to a male employee, another female came over to look at it too. They declared it was "freeze-dried strawberries" which had absorbed liquid, and that "people dump them in there all the time." I suggested they remove them, as they really look nasty down in there (overflow area under the ice/drink selection). I rather guess it wasn't attended to "right away" because the issue was brushed off as "it happens all the time", so wasn't anything to be concerned about. Overall, I would say even though employees were nice, cleanliness at that place is not high on the list of importance. So you may want to try eating...
Read moreUpdate 2023. The food is disgusting. It looks and smells like dog food. When I brought it home my dogs really wanted some. This place is the poster for false advertising. Things got smaller. The hot sauce even isn't good anymore. It's pasty. Pasty fire sauce??? Yuck. Very expensive too. I went online and based my order on the photos. This place is nothing like it used to be and gets worse every year. No wonder they are being sued for false advertising. I can make better taco bell/Mexican food at home. The chicken quesadilla is now 5 dollars yet is way smaller and had no jalapenos or the same sauce it used to. It tasted bland and was cold. The cheesy bean and rice burrito was disgusting. I didn't finish it. You can see it's mostly folded tortilla. The soft taco? Fit for a dog to eat. The only thing decent was the southern chipotle chicken burrito crunch or whatever. Oh and the soda was the highlight.

Friendly staff here, but the portions are what gets me. The prices went up and they dont stuff the burritos and tacos like they used to. Its skimpy so you buy more, and I feel like I ordered plain tortillas. No doubt corporate control, or just lazy workers. Would rather make my own taco bell at home. Got the party pack 10 and the burritos were mostly all tortilla wrap and hardly any beans or cheese. The tacos too. Spent 20 dollars on two people and we were not satisfied. Update: Did not go back for a year, sure enough same thing! Ordered beef burritos and other dollar menu items, it literally looked like they forgot to put anything in the wraps. I got more food from the hot sauce packets. Done with tacobell. Why complain? There's no excuse to barely put ingrrdients. I'd rather make my own and mountain top it. Tacobell was good in the 90s and early 2000s, now it's a rip off. Especially this location. Their pictures are the poster for false...
Read moreWent in to get a bowl. Asked for no rice or beans. At the window asked for a little bit of extra lettuce considering they put a teaspoon of lettuce and I had the bulk of the items taken off and still paying full price which is fine. She then looked at me rude and said “uh you’re gonna have to pay for it” which was no problem but when you say it rude and you’re supposed to be a manager training another person? Shows you’re probably not a great manager. Then checked for the spicy ranch I paid 40 cent for. I couldn’t even find it in the salad because they put the smallest amount. Had to go back in to actually get what I paid for. When I did I asked the name of the lady that was rude to me, the man then told me they cant give out that information, she just looked at me and hid and would not come speak to me. I was not rude or yelling I just wanted to speak to a manager and apparently she is the manager. Do better. Might I add I used to come here frequently but 95 percent of the time no matter what I got it was made incorrectly. Had to ask for a supreme taco 5 times because they forgot the “supreme” part. When you pay for something you expect to get it. I’ll find out her name easily. I just hope you learn better customer service skills and train people better than you’re training Audrey because that’s embarrassing for whoever...
