McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Delton

Avoid this McDonalds and go to the next town if you can. Traveling from out of town and had to stop.

Three homeless families sleeping at the tables. Maybe not in control of the staff.

Orders online for table service because of special needs child. Table service never came after 18 minutes. My wife went up to counter to see if everything was alright and our order was sitting in deliver bag, isolated on the counter. I’m okay if your don’t offer table service, but if you don’t, take it off the app so we are not waiting for something that will never come.

We get our order and half of it was missing. To add, when we asked for the missing items the lady with our back to us thawed down her wag and huffs. If the items where in the bag the first place, we would not have to “inconvenience” her in the first place.

I totally get that staffing is huge opportunity in todays workplace. But please down hire anyone as I would rather wait and have someone that is pleasant, then someone makes us feel like we are...

Was not a pleasant experience. Decided to go through the drive-thru and ordered 2 meals. We get to the 2nd window and the not very friendly lady hands us our soda and shake. First off my soda had barely any ice and was filled only 3/4 of the way. Didnt think too much of that but it was irritating. After sitting at the window for 5 minutes, they have us pull around and wait for another FIFTEEN MINUTES our order was simple: chicken tender meal and 2 cheeseburger meal. We sat waiting for roughly 25 minutes while about 5 other cars got their food. The thing is, it WASNT EVEN BUSY. Like 4 cars in the parking lot. Finally after 25 minutes of waiting in the drive thru we get fed up and my dad goes ask for his money back and ironically they are putting the rest of the food in our bag. They compensated us by giving us some coupons but still it shouldnt take 20+ minutes to make a simple order with it being not very busy. Thank you for coming...

Waited in the drivethru for about 20 minutes. The car ahead of us had one bag of food, and ice cream. Waited behind them for over 10 minutes alone. Very slow service. After we finally pulled up, the very young blonde lady gave us two drinks that were not what we ordered. We asked for the different kinds of drinks that we did want and she seemed pretty rude. No apology or anything. Forgot our straws too. Then we asked her to double check and make sure my boyfriends McDoubles had no onion and Big Mac sauce because the order was being messed up. She asked us "Oh you wanted two Big Macs?" and we said "no! just check for the sauce." She did not check them, she just read the order outloud again. Fries were cold and soggy and overall just not a good experience. Extremely slow and there were 4 cars in the parking lot. Seems like a lot of people are not helping out...
