Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

Worst Chipotle experience ever - ordered a Steak Burrito and in view of the puny amount of meat the guy put on in the first place asked for only a little bit of chicken to compensate for that. Then got asked back if I wanted a "double" (I think, not entirely sure since 90% of what they uttered was unintelligible anyways) for an upcharchge!? That never happened to me in about 100 stops at more than 40 Chipotle locations all over South California, ever. Briefly considered asking the management about it, but as said unique practice was straight away confirmed by another attendant, passed on that because I promptly figured this specific place is just run like that ... also demonstratively cleaning up in circles around you, putting chairs on the tables next to you as loud as possible etc. Hence whatever reply might potentially appear below, I can already predict it will be composed of ordinary excuses, denial of unarguable facts, and textbook strawmanning around actual points made ... can't...

My husband and I go to Chipotle very often but we'd never been to this location and we'll never go back to this location. 3 different people served me my food and tried very hard to do it as fast as possible which isn't always a good thing. The girl was very nice and friendly and started my order with a smile. She handed my bowl to a younger guy who was fine and he handed it to an older still young man who I think may have been the shift manager. I asked for guac and he put some on my bowl or tried because he missed and the whole thing went on the counter. He then picked the spilled guac with his hands, NO GLOVES, FROM THE COUNTER and put it back on my food. When I brought it up that this isn't right, he just smirked and said it's I washed my hands and proceeded to ignore me. I hate making a scene so I didn't say anything, paid for the food and left. I ordered on app, my meal was a salad bowl. They gave a generous amount but when we came home with it, we noticed a giant oil stain at the bottom of the bag. Upon opening it, it was the dressing that had spilled everywhere. The reason for that was because they decided to give us a cracked sauce lid. My fiance went back to grab more dressing since we're not too far from this location. But once I started eating it, it was atrociously over salted. I took a few more bites and found that they didn't even cook the onions and bell peppers either. I ended up throwing it all away. It was disappointing because I was looking for something light in flavor that evening and chipotle was where I'd go to. I asked for a refund with customer service but they just gave me a bogo coupon. I wouldn't have minded the coupon but I don't go often. But I can say, so far, visiting a few locations, I'd go to the next....
