Five Below — Local services in Lake Elsinore

Horrible. I was told that none of the staff knows what comes in and inventory. I was told that maybe the only one that knows is the regional manager. What kind of company is that where they don't even have the inventory list for the people that work there so they can tell the customers oh yes that product will be coming in on Tuesday or we're getting a shipment on Friday. That's horrible business. Your customers are number one always and if a customer wants a product in the business should know at least tell the the clerks let me look it up let me see I'll check the computer and if the clerks don't know that clear can go to their supervisor and a supervisor can find out by going on at Inventory management system and see all we get a shipment coming in on Friday. This place is horrible if they're like this and if the manager doesn't know and you have to go all the way up to the regional manager.? I'm sorry but I just can't shop here if it's like that I'll go to Big 5 to find what I'm looking for in the sports Department to massage my back with...

The only reason why I'm giving this store. A one star is every single time I shop here. Customers not allowed to use the self Check out by themselves and when we are aloud I have somebody standing right behind us making sure we pay for everything even when we are putting our pins in and today I asked her it makes me feel uncomfortable when you're right behind me.She says I'm sorry, but this is what I have to do. I understand this is her job and she has to make sure no one steals.But why have SELF checkouts when you can even use them by yourSELF? I came into the store last time and it was hectic. There was a lot of people and you weren't allowed to use them without someone standing right next to you doing it for you. I had seen some really cool Christmas stuff online at Five Below! So I kept adding more and more to my cart, and my husband suggested that we just go to the store and get only what I really needed, to save money 😁He had never been to Five Below and it was really funny! He was looking at everything and saying, " oh wow, look at this!" And " this is such a great deal!" Needless to say, we spent twice as much as I had originally intended, but had so much fun! We found all kinds of great stocking stuffers and Christmas items! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Lines moved quickly! I highly recommend...
