Generally all Canes are great! The food is great, but at some locations, the workers and managers are questionable or unprofessional. This is one of those locations. While going in the drive thru at this Canes, we ordered as we normally do, but I had a feeling they got it wrong based on the person taking my order. She was not polite at all and she did not repeat the order at the end. The feeling originated from how short they were being and how fast they wanted to take get my order in. When we got to the window, a black shirt manager (presumably) asked for the name on the order, but did not repeat the order once more. When I got my order, it was missing the better part the first item that I ordered (4 toast with butter both sides) and I only received 1 toast. When I mentioned the mistake to the black shirt woman, she didn’t apologize and instead gave me a mean look. I proceeded to tell her it was the very first item that I ordered and that they may have gotten it wrong, but there was no way of double checking since no one repeated my order. She became visibly upset, asked me to pay for the missing toast, parked me in front for another 5 minutes, and came outside with a worst attitude throwing the food in the car saying “Here ya go” with no apology or thank you. What is wrong with these Canes mangers? It reflects terribly on the entire location that managers don’t know how to do their jobs. It starts with the managers and is reflected on how well the business is running. You will never have a great running business with amazing workers if your managers have terrible attitudes and can’t take responsibility...

I usually leave reviews on Yelp but as they don’t have their page there yet, I’ll leave it here.

Husband and I wanted to try them out since we’ve never had Canes before and have heard many good things. unfortunately this was a TERRIBLE experience. we ordered the caniac combo. 6 pieces of chicken, some toast, coleslaw and french fries for $15?! a bit pricey. and when we bit into the chicken, it’s waaaay too pricey for the chicken to mostly be bread. the best thing out of the meal was the toast. the french fries were like extra salty and coleslaw was OK. could have been better. the ladies at the counter that night were extremely rude. my husband asked for honey mustard since the meal only came with one cane sauce and the first lady just gifted him a honey mustard (thanks) but when he asked another person for more honey mustard, they wanted to charge him. no big deal. he asked for 4 more honey mustard (.39 cents each by the way, crazy) the lady only gave him 3 more. he kept trying to say no, we want 4 more and she just didn’t understand what we wanted. maybe we’ll try another location or further into the future we will try this one again, after all the employees get tired of working there or something. it was extremely disappointing experience and i have no idea why the place and drive thru is...

Update 04-14-2022 Today when I tried to pay through the drive thru I was told they don’t accept Apple Pay through the drive thru. When another staff member heard the cashier (Hispanic guy with a Afro) tell me that she told him yes we do. He looked at her and said no we don’t. Even though the other staff member raised the Apple payment reader. I’ve been at this location several times through the drive thru and have always paid via Apple Pay every time. This guy needs to be retrained or there needs to be notification at the drive thru window that Canes does not accept Apple Pay. I visit the Canes location in Riverside on Magnolia more often than this location and I’ve never had issues with paying with Apple Pay there through the drive thru. Looks like the guy was just being troublesome in my opinion.

Apparently this place just opened up recently. The have two drive-thrus open and four staff members taking orders at the drive-thrus. The staff was super friendly and the food was excellent! The ingress and egress is a little awkward in...

This was our first time at raising Cane's. My wife is not a big fan of chicken tenders but, she really like these in fact all three of us really like their meal. The little piece of bread they give you sets off the meal. They get plenty of fries and the sauce they use for the chicken and fries taste good. The coleslaw was really good. This restaurant was in lake Elsinore next to the new Walmart off the 215. We have since also tried raising Cane's in Menifee but, it was not as good. the atmosphere was not as nice, the store was not as clean as the one in lake Elsinore. We all enjoyed our visit and look forward to visiting many times.

I love Raising Cane’s. I eat it every week. It’s my CFA alternative. However when I ordered the 6 piece box (instead of the usual 4 piece), it didn’t taste as good as I always remember it to be. I was a bit underwhelmed and super stuffed. I’m only ordering the 4 piece box from now on. also, I should start replacing the Texas toast with more fries. The toast is always soggy and bland; the crinkle cut fries are way better in the flavor department.

Tobias, the Saturday evening manager, is truly nice. We came in at 11 pm not ever eaten at Raising Cane. He told of the history of Cane and brought out their house honey mustard, said to add the hot sauce for extra flavor. The chicken has a nice light batter and the fries were made as ordered, well done and no salt. When we visit Lake Elsinore again, we will stop in to see Tobias.
