This is now known as Juan's Rotisserie Chicken. The customer service is the worst. I have never been treated so horribly. The worker Janelle needs to be fired. The owner condones her behavior. We have been patronizing this restaurant since it opened as "Juan Pollo." I purchased a jumbo pack and a mini pack, $60 worth of food. When I got home they forgot to give me the salsa and 8oz. Side item. I wasn't angry because I realized I needed to get more food for the amount of people and I head back to the restaurant. I waited patiently while they attended three customers ahead of me and socialized with two of them. I took that to review the menu in case It was my understanding that was at fault. Janelle was so rude to me and did not even take the time to try to get the order right. She shoved the salsa at me refused to let me finish explaining to her what was wrong with order and said there were customers behind me. I told her I was going to order more food but now no way. I went to my car and realized that the owner/ management needs to know about her behavior. I spoke with the owner and he was just as dismissive and rude. I told them that I didn't want anything from them any longer but that they should not treat people like this, I told them that my dad is in hospice and that is why I was ordering food for my family and we were going to use this restaurant to cater his funeral; food for the amount of 500 people. Janelle smirked and said we don't need your business the police department orders from us. The guy mopping the floors heard her and told her to apologize, he told her three times to apologize and when she finally did she was grinning and said "I'm sorry, have a nice day, you can leave now" The owner watched the whole thing and didn't care. Do not give them...

Just mention food poisoning and is like a dagger right to the heart of the establishment, and surely a deterrent for a new customer to want to go there. I know this place no longer carries the banner of Juan Pollo, a franchise that when it started was selling more chicken than any other similar business, but as the Juan Pollo in Temecula showed, it had lost all traces of greatness, and never made it past dry chicken, if one was lucky to find some made, even at rush hours. Closed its doors. Juan Rottiseri, on the other hand, is very much alive. We drove 16 miles+ to avail ourselves of a coupon which provides 2 chickens that since they seemed busy, are constantly disappearing which in my book is a good thing. Plus 3 sides, tortillas, and salsa for under $27 plus tax, has to be the cheapest around, but please don't mention Costco or Sam's, as we all know their prices are unbeatable if one battles the parking lot frenzy to get there, Costco's by far the most brutal. Food after consuming: Chicken: better than any other place tried in a 40 mile radius, marinate on point, not dry even though breasts seemed slightly more chewy but still tasty. 4.5 Stars. Rice: had an appealing taste, and its own originality, disappeared fast. 4 Stars. Beans: Pinto whole, very agreeable. 4 Stars. Tortillas corn and average, salsas tasted fresh, mild and spicier. 4 Stars. Service decent, with a crew hard at work delivering a decent product for a very decent price. 16 miles plus did not seem too long of a drive for what we got, plus a sizable parking...
Read moreCame in to get a party pack for a family get together. On this google posting is said the pack we were looking to purchase was $69.99, when in the store it is $84.99. We simply asked why it was different and she walked away and went to the office. She walked out with a man and before we even got to ask him anything he screams at us "I can't do that for you! That isn't my website. This is what people go and add, it's like yelp." We said "but that's what pops up when we type you in on google" and he kept repeating himself that he couldn't do it. He rambled on about other stuff but we were just so confused as too why he came on so strong and why he was so rude. It wasn't as if we were making a scene and disagreeing with the price. He could have explained it calmly. Then the girl that's always there was in the back almost laughing. I didn't understand what was so funny. Then when we finally decided to just get the pack she was extremely rude also. We spent $92 dollars, we were weren't just buying a small meal. And to top it off, there were two random guys with skateboards and looking super dirty walking around where the food is being prepped and cooked just grabbing drinks and leaning his skateboard against the counters. I don't know if they worked there but it was disgusting. I've been coming here for the last 20+ years, never will I give you guys my time and...
