Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

this is for delivery. First off i used to work at this store and others for three years. they all do same thing, soon as u order with in 5min or less they make your order. it takes 7 min to cook, then usually sits in the store in a bag (pizza bag they bring your pizza in, while if u do pick up they put it in a oven warmer, stays fresher) for an average 20-40 min or more during lunch/dinner rush hours. so when they say should be there in 45 to an hour your pizza been sitting there for 20-40min in a bag, not a warmer were it stays fresher a lot longer.

this was the case today when my friend wanted to order. got a pizza i know for fact been sitting there for over 20min was warm not even close to hot, even after telling the girl over the phone do not make my order right now, make it when it can be delivered soon. nope... had to call in, complain and make them special rush a new pizza to us. i just don't order delivery from pizza hut its rare chance you get it fresh, all three stores iv worked at have to big of a delivery range to make money! and not enough drivers to save money! = your money being spent on bad food.

just a helpful hint best to order at 230-330pm or right at 1120am be one of the first and forget dinner but even then usually at those times 1 maybe 2 drivers are working and if 3-4 ppl order and you are number 4, your order is sitting there...

Spoiler: Worst pizza of my life.

Service was fast. The pizza was ready by the time I got here. The guy delivering to my car was friendly and polite.

On the way back home, my car smelled like vomit. Got out and got back in and it no longer smelled like vomit. Now it smelled like a hamster’a cage all the way home.

But I was still willing to give this pizza a try.

Every pizza slice I picked up was limp on the tip. Not sure if this pizza was undercooked, or what. There was actually too much toppings. Most of the toppings off each slice fell off onto the box. The taste was weird.

It wasn’t anything too weird that I’ve not had anywhere else. Pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, green peppers, and onions. No other pizza place does it as bad as this Pizza Hut did tonight.

I guess that explains the zero wait…

I will never get Pizza Hut ever again in my life...

Okay i would like to say first and foremost thank you to Phill and Mckenzie the manager. Thank you so so much for all of your help and making me a happy customer and putting smiles on my kid's faces. They was very unhappy last night about are food i said wait for me to call them back tomorrow. So i did and I explained to the manager Mckenzie are experiencin last night she help me out to the fullest. Thank you so so much. And for Phil i felt so sorry for you last night you look so tiyerd and after me still offering you a tip you said no. I am son thankful for pepole like you. You truly know how to keep customers happy. Thank u so.much i will be returning back to...
