Waste of time and gas. Been to alot of pawnshops in my lifetime and gotta say this was the worst. They may be knowledge in guns and firearms but as far as the other items they buy and sell it doesn't seem like theh know anything. Brought in a few items after I was on there website and ebay store to see exactly what they sell in buy. Brought in an unopened set of trading cards from the 80s, so 1st and 2nd numbered comics,a nice set of ear buds and a WW2 Robert Klass Bayonet. The guy had no idea about Robert Klass knives and proceeded to tell me that it look like it was cheaply made. Would not make me an offer on any of my items and wasted 30 mins of my time driving there. The guy I spoke to was the one with dark hair on the heavier side. If he's supposed to be a knowledgeable guy then maybe his knowledge is in hamburgers and should be working at McDonald's. Usually even if the items are not exactly what they want they can always make you an low offer because they will almost always be able to sell them. Anyone who knows ww2 or vintage knifes and weapons would know that the Robert Klass gos for $200 all day on ebay. And buying it for $80 to $100 they are making a min 50% profit after taxes and selling fees. Definitely would never return and would go to any other pawn shop in the area first. So dont waste your time or gas unless you absolutely know for 100% sure they will buy yout items. Worst pawn shop experience ive ever had. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Per owners response. I will definitely not coming back to your store. Love the fact you say my items were garage sale material, when you never saw them or were there at the time. Just shows how ignorant you are and would never do business with such a person as yourself. Your reply shows exactly what type of person you...
Read moreJason is always fair but today i went in to sel 4 ounces of silver and was offered $17 a ounce. Spot price was 22.50 that is not acceptable. $20 would of been fine they can’t pay spot but $17 was a slap in the face. I’ve been here at Least 10 times this is the first time I was low balled with a smile. Her excuse was that they pay 80% of spot price. I learned in 3rd grade 80% of 22.35 is $18 not $17. I ended up driving to another pawn shop they also own and was treated well.
Update: Someone responded to my review within minutes so I changed my review. Jason obviously cares and I would recommend both places. I have been here many times 1 not so great experience should not outweigh the many great experiences.
I got tired or offers being dependent on Jason’s mental well being. 1 day it’s $2 under spot project for silver the next day it’s $7 under spot price. If you need to sell good or sliver go to looda pawn on Murrieta. Elsinore pawn is not a good and silver dealer regardless what they put on signs. Probably fine to buy a gun and shoot the innocent neighbors next door trying to defend yourself from a crackhead but not good for selling...
Read moreAbsolutely infuriating experience. I drove nearly 80 miles from Los Angeles to this pawnshop because Jason confirmed in writing that the item I wanted was available. I double-checked before leaving — he clearly said it was there and ready.
When I arrived, the item was nowhere to be found. The staff looked completely clueless. They spent 20+ minutes running around, calling manager — none of them had any idea what was going on. Finally, they admitted the item just wasn’t there.
I wasted my entire afternoon and almost 3 hours of driving for absolutely nothing. No apology, no responsibility, no effort to make it right.
This place is a joke. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unreliable. Don’t believe anything they say — especially Jason. He clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing, or worse, just doesn’t care. Avoid this shop...
