The food is great, and on a good day, youâll get the standard Little Caesars experience. However, my recent visit was quite different:
I came a little under a half an hour before closing because I wanted to motivate my brother to do his homework. When I walked in, the employee tossed a pineapple pizza on the counter and said, âThatâs all we got; we are closing.â I asked if he was sure, as I noticed a couple of boxes where they keep the Hot-N-Ready pizzas. He then started fumbling around, showing me whatever was left, and at the very end found those pizzas.
He admitted the pizzas left were âcrapâ (and they were), but still said, âThatâll be 10 dollars.â This experience left a bad taste, not just from the pizza, but because of the lazy and disrespectful attitude.
Main issues:
Lack of customer service: The employee was dismissive and seemed unwilling to accommodate my request, even though it was well within business hours.
Poor management practices: The attitude suggests a management team that doesnât value customer service or honor the hours they advertise online.
Failure to maintain standards until closing: Customers should expect a fresh pizza even 15 minutes before closing, given thatâs all the time it takes to prepare one.
Inadequate closing procedures: Itâs surprising they canât afford an extra half-hour of labor to handle closing tasks properly after the last customer has been served.
I expected better, as even in the final minutes, customers should be able to rely on the advertised hours...
Read moreBad on me... I should have read the reviews before throwing my money away. Yesterday was the third time I stopped there. It didn't have the usual crowd outside so I tried again. They never have ready-made available. On this rare occasion they did have one ready. I was the only customer in there but it still took 20 minutes to throw away my $10 and get out with inedible food. This is my take on that store. It's run by a bunch of hip-hop kids that cater to the riffraff that is typically present outside and in the parking lot of the store. They don't have a clue about food preparation or handling. They use terrible ingredients. Their peers are tweakers and rap artists. If Little Caesars gives a hoot about how their name is being run into the ground, they need to send a qualified ADULT manager there to fire the cool kids and take all the steps necessary to run off the outside crowd. Hire semi-intelligent youngsters that can function without cell phone in hand for 5 minutes straight, and teach them about food quality. If I were in Corporate Little Caesars... I'd strip the name off of the place and let them have it. They could re-name it Liddle Tweakers and it would continue on poisoning...
Read moreLook Iâm not a cheap person. Iâll spend $80.00-$100.00 on sushi for me and my daughter to go out one night but prices are getting out of control. Going from $6.99 a year ago to nearly $10.00 for a hot and ready pizza is not justifiable and especially for the quality of little Cesarâs. Iâve worked at pizza places. I know the prices restaurants pay for dough, cheese, sauce, toppings, labor etc.. People blame inflation but there is a reason corporations are recording record profits. They are capitalizing on the inflation and using it as an excuse to explode their prices. I personally will not be back until these places stop what I perceive to be price gouging. Worker at the counter was nice and the place looked clean. My review is solely about what I believe is corporate greed and unnecessarily inflated pricing. If little Cesarâs is going to charge nearly $10.00 for a single pizza, just go to Papa Johnâs and you will be charged about the same but quality is 10 x better. Dominos has a large 1 topping for $7.99 and its quality is better as well. Just my...
