Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

Extremely distraught!! I went this morning to get my coffee and I had multiple drinks and I forgot to order my coffee decaf. Upon arrival to the window I informed the cashier that I had mis-ordered my drink and if could please be corrected, she said they would. She turned to the barista who was making my drink and asked if he started the white chocolate mocha because the customer would like it decaf, I saw him point with his eyes signaling that the coffee was almost done and with the window open I over heard her say ohh that’s fine. I followed the barista with my eyes and noticed that he did not pour out the espresso shots that had already been dripping prior to my request out and poured the espresso shots as is in my drink. Due to a medical condition caffeine affects me and I drove off trying to not over react and my body of course had a bad reaction because my coffee had caffeine. I had to go back and request a refund and inform the manger of what their workers did in front of my face. These employees where ignorant, and could have caused bodily injury to myself or even others because they feel that customers are...

I would like to say thanks to an amazing barista names Tori!...today was my birthday and i was having trouble with the app to get a free drink..she was extremely extremely plentiful of changewith me. I had planety of change i was countingnoit. Tori was extremely patient and very very kind unfortunately I cannot say the same for a few of the other women that were in there giving me dirty looks and you can tell that they were very frustrated at the fact that I had changed that I was counting out was just goes to show me. I just really hope that toys management team sees this and recognizes her for her amazing hospitality and patience I worked in the food industry for about 18 years and you know it's sometimes very uncomfortable going in with a bunch of change but money is money and some people don't ever have to experience you know being broke or not having enough money to buy...

Don’t know what was going on today but I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and toasted bagel with cream cheese from the drive thru. My bagel came out warmed but not at all toasted (not a huge deal), I was not given a knife (realized after driving away), and then the worker asked if she forgot something after just handing me the bagel but we didn’t drive away… I replied that I was still waiting for my drink. I was given a “shaken espresso” which was bitter and not what I ordered, it didn’t have the oat milk or brown sugar like I ordered from the menu. But it was the drive thru and I was already gone by the time I realized how messed up everything was. I’m not a daily Starbucks patron, but my order has been the same for like 2 years now.
