By far the best experience ever at this Denny’s location. Starting with an excellent greeting from Jessie the General manager, greet my family like no other and seat us immediately. At the table we were greeted by Dayanna G., well let me tell you something, she was the most professional server, she even remember us from previous visits to this location, she got our drink order (party of 4), brought those drinks In less than 2 minutes!! Wooowwwwwwww!! She got our food order, repeat everything back to us to make sure she got the right items, our food was delivery at the table in less that 7-8 minutes! That was fantastic. She personally delivery the food to our table to make sure everything was right. She kept checking on us every 10 which that tells me we were on her mind and she didn’t forget about us. Bottom line, exceptional service from start to finish of our experience at this location. Excellent job by Dayanna G we will definitely be back and ask for her. And to top this off excellent job by Jessie the GM to keep this location running like no other location, extremely clean, everyone very well train and excellent hospitality from everyone. I consider myself a fair person. I will give my honest fair review. When I arrived my Google Maps said "You Have Arrived". When I got there it was extremely dark. My wife and I honestly thought Denny's was closed due to the sign being turned off (photo enclosed). The service was slow due to short staffing. The food was fair, good temperature, good taste and portions. This Denny's decided NOT TO PARTICIPATE in Denny's corporate discounts (rewards) nor participate in a Military discount. The only discount it does have is AARP (mandatory I guess). The prices were slightly higher due to being Mission Viejo, Calif. The waiter mistakenly was charging me $15 extra. I pointed out this discrepancy, which he quickly apologized and provided me with the correct amount. The OWNER should really reconsider providing the average discount as most DENNY'S do.
