I went in and got it the usual drink that I always do, from the moment I walked in the lady that was helping me was rude didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work, maybe had a bad day. She rang me up made my drinks, One of my drinks were completely wrong. I told her they were wrong and told her that I ordered a different drink very politely! She then argued that I didn’t and insisted that the drink she made is the one I ordered, I kindly told her but I always get the same drink and I didn’t even know that they had A drink as the one that she made. She turned around very upset and starting making my new drink. Then the manager came out asked her what was going on she told her right in front of me that the drink that she made is the one that I ordered and that I told her that I did not order that drink and then now she has to make a new one but that she knows that she’s right and I’m wrong. Under The managers breath she agreed with her and just told her to make the drink, The employee went on to tell the manager more about how she was right and how I was wrong and the manager continue to go along with her until I stop them and reminded them that I was standing there right in front of them and that I can hear everything they were saying. The manager then apologized and said I can have the drink that they made by accident for free as if that was going to distract me or make up for the fact that they were talking disrespectfully and calling me a liar right in front of them. I come in here quite often and spend a decent amount of money here almost every other day, i’m always kind and polite to all the staff & I am very surprised that management would allow this type of behavior in for the customers and as I told the manager yesterday I will never go back to the store again. The customer service definitely needs to be addressed, as I to only company I would never put up with One of our employees being disrespectful in front of one of our customers. Super disappointing! Along with that today my two daughters and two sons went in and got four açai bowls not knowing the problem I had there yesterday came back with all melted Açai bananas and blueberries didn’t look good strawberries were tossed around it looked a mess, normally the açai bowls look fresh the fruit looks great and that açai is never melted. Read moreI came into this Jamba juice at 6:59 and it said online that they closed at 8 pm and when I entered they had the lights off and so I asked them if they were closed and they answered that no they weren't closed and that I could order a smoothie. Then when I did, they proceeded to make me feel extremely awkward by telling every co-worker that walked in, 'wow, can't believe he came in with 1 frickin minute left', 'I can't believe he would do that', 'noooo don't worry about it, go home, I'll do the dishes now that this guy needed his smoothie right before closing'...just really trying to make me feel bad after I literally asked them if they were closed because I was happy to leave if so, but they told me that they were open so I ordered. it was the store manager who was the one saying all this and who was purposefully trying to make me feel bad. She made the situation super awkward for me, really terrible customer service. If you're reading this -look, I get it you want to go home when you're closed..that's totally understandable, but next time just tell the customer that you're closed! Read moreUPDATE: after filing the mildly critical review below, I got an email from Jamba Juice corporate headquarters. They invited me to contact them back by email. I did that even though I wasn't terribly worried about my experience. Within a few hours I got a call from the manager of the Jamba Juice where we had visited. She was very kind and invited me to come and bring my grandchildren and have Jamba Juice done right. We went back today And they made good! The Blue Sky Bowl I got was very tasty and the consistency was as it should be. So in addition to feeling great about the bowls and shakes that we got, I was very impressed by the responsiveness of this company. Whereas before I might not have gone out of my way to go to a Jamba Juice, now I will! Amazing customer service! Good job!
