Prices are too high for the serving size of the food items and beverages. The restaurant is Under staffed for as busy as it gets! There were only 3 people running the whole place & no one was in visible view of counter watching for customers. The [sloppy dressed - unhappy looking] manger - person in charge moved very slowly filling orders [& preoccupied - was busy doing other things - restocking items]! The whole place [tables, self serve beverage & visible food prep area] needed cleaning and there were a couple of FLYS flying around the tables [Yuck!!] The BIGGEST PROBLEM this McDonald's that is sharing Chevron's gas station building has is... THERE'S NO ELECTRONIC DOOR DEVICE TO HELP OPEN THE DOOR FOR WHEELCHAIRED & OTHER DISABLED [such as myself, that use assistive devices like canes] PERSONS!! Sure the doors are light & wide but, while I was there, I witnessed a VERY independent man [who didn't want help] in a wheelchair struggle with the doors! This SHOULD be something that these 2 large corporations SHOULD address!! Plus, they SHOULD "WRAP THE DOOR HANDLES" at this location because in the summer they get REALLY HOT!! They, BOTH of these companies, REALLY NEED to be MORE considerate to...
Read moreMcDonalds is not at all what it once was. The value proposition was decent inexpensive food served quickly. The food is still decent but the speed and reasonable expense are not there for the most part. First - a quarter pounder, 2 hamburgers, 6 piece mcnugget and 1 order of fries and 2 drinks was over $33. May as well go to a low end sit down restaurant. Then I waited 21 minutes for the food. I know the time precisely because of the notification on my phone for the credit card swipe. However most of the food was done right away. They admitted giving away our quarter pounder to the drive thru by mistake. When we got the food, everything was cold (except for the quarter pounder) because it sat in the bag for 20 minutes. The manager was was told of the issues but had no response whatsoever. No apology even. And, I encountered the constant problem of the sweet tea being made incorrectly. It's usually way too sweet or way not sweet enough. Today's problem was less common - way too strong. A couple of years ago it was almost always made correctly. Today it's almost always made incorrectly. Don't they have a...
Read moreWe’ll start with I love McDonald’s, but this location is not up to par and the franchise’s manager needs to step in, all McDonald’s are supposed to follow the same method of food preparation so that wherever you go to enjoy a Big Mac, you will get what you expect, sorry guys, not at this location, not only did the crew appear very unhappy in their jobs, the food was horrible as well, we ordered two Big Macs and fries, now McDonald’s is know for great fries but imagine them with little to no salt and you have mushy potato sticks, we fed them to our dogs, honestly, we did, if we weren’t so hungry, being on a road trip, they would have gotten the Big Macs as well, the meat was flattened, I mean as flat and as hard as beef jerky, it was ridiculous and while we did get the extra sauce we asked for there was very little of anything else including the flat meat on the burger, we ripped and pulled to eat this as we got it to go and did not want to drive back and see all the grumpy faces again and couldn’t imagine the food being worth it. This location should not be called...
