KFC — Restaurant in Lake Orion

March 23 2023: ☆ Made a mobile order approx 30 minutes to pickup. Nothing major, a chicken breast, 3 tenders, mashed potatoes and some KFC sauce. Mobile app indicated my food was ready. I try to enter the building to pickup my food at the counter as I indicated on my mobile app, but it was locked. An older female employee said they were drive thru only today. I apologized and at 7:33 PM, I pulled up to the drive thru window, let them know about my order and the employee at the window turned and yelled to their coworkers asking if my order was ready. They then yelled again to stop arguing and to listen. Since my order was clearly not ready I was handed my drink and told to pull up behind the other vehicles in front of me while food was brought out. There were two vehicles ahead, none behind me. 10 minutes pass, the vehicles in front of me get their food and I pull up to fill their spots at the edge of the lane. 15 minutes pass, I'm in a phone call with my S/O and he jokes that they forgot about me, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. An older female employee brings out food to all cars behind me, steps up to my car and rudely asks me "what I'm waiting for" I answer "my order" and she scoffs, gestures with agitation and tells me to pull off to the side to let other cars through. It's 7:48 PM, all cars behind me pass me on the side with their order and I still don't have mine. 5 minutes later I finally receive my order. They did not give me the KFC sauce I asked for, but I wasn't interested in dealing with these employees any further at that point, and at least my order was warm. Keep in mind, I made my order at 7:00 PM and didn't receive it until 7:53 PM, despite getting there on time. I don't think I will...

Went to the KFC in Lake Orion today and waited for several minutes before my order was taken. I was advised it would be sixteen minutes for biscuits to be made. I decided to wait, because I really wanted the biscuits. Twenty minutes later my order finally came out, it was a small $18 order and I should have checked it. But after waiting twenty minutes already, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that it was correct. Nope! When I got home I found out the order was wrong. I called to complain and to tell them I was going to return to pick up the correct order, I had already waited twenty minutes for. The woman on the phone said she would have to wait til I returned with the wrong order before preparing the correct order, because then I would complain that my food was cold. She then stated that the girl responsible for my order had already left. I told her that I did not really care who took the order or that she had left, I just really wanted what I ordered. She then hung the phone up on me. When I called back the same woman answered. She said it was because I was irritated and wouldnt let her speak (not true) and that she first had to talk to the people there to see if anything could be done about my order. Unbelieveable. Placed an online order, the website didn't say whether or not the lobby was opened. When I got to the restaurant the lobby was dark and looked closed there were no patrons inside. After 25 minutes of waiting in the drive thru the girl at the window told me I had to pull around and come inside. I told her the lobby looks closed and im here now. She said come around and come I side. I have never been to this KFC before so I figured I could drive around front and come back inside. That is not the case I had to turn back out on 24 go down to the next street and come up behind all the businesses. Well since I don't know the area led to me being lost in an apartment complex parking lot for over 5 minutes before figuring out how to get back to KFCs parking lot. Then when I finally make it back to the lobby I go in and they just start asking if I'm me to which anyone could say yes and had walked out with my food they never asked to see email confirming so. And on top of that we paid $5.00 for the chocolate cake and didn't get it which I didn't realize until I drove 15 minutes home. I still don't understand why they couldn't give me my order thru...
