Went to LIV three times total and I had one good experience. The first time going in the bud tender that was helping out yelled at me and said that itās the same in all designated areas. I was just looking around. Isnāt that what you do in a new store? So I guess donāt look around and stay in your place. Made me feel very uncomfortable like he was authority or something. Not a pleasant experience but he was gracious and kind by the end of the transaction. The second time going in I was helped by PJ who was totally amazing. Great customer service and had lots charisma and uniqueness. She understood the product and had a lot of suggestions. This made me want to come back to LIV! The third time coming in was the worst but I will say I think the girls name was Cheyenne I believe. She kind of has this Raquel quality from Vanderpump Rules š She was very reassuring and kind during our experience together! She felt really bad as well and said I was being very patient. But, I went in there that day and they asked if I wanted anyone specific? I said PJ since I was the I was next one in line. They said she was with someone so to step on number 1. I went to look around for a second and the girl behind the counter came up to me and was like you need to stay on your number one. So I stayed on my number one for about 20-25 minutes and PJ finally comes out. But, she walks right past me and sees her friend and takes them instead. One girl behind the desk didnāt even see cause she was chatting with another coworker. I heard the other lady behind the desk say now thatās not right. But, she did nothing:( I was about to go off. Then Cheyenne came in after passing me 5 times and going through her clients so quick. She felt so bad and took me next. Unfortunately, I will be going elsewhere now. Itās a bummer cause I live 5 minutes away. Very unorganized and need a new system besides being told to stand in specific places....

Even in a pinch, it makes more sense to go other places. I needed an infused pre roll and I paid almost as much as two better quality infused pre rolls at the dispensary down the street. This $19 joint, witch was the cheapest infused option they had, got clogged half way through. Not to mention, this is the only dispensary in this area that doesnāt give you the after-tax price. The dispo thatās 3 miles down the road can do that. But at liv, if it says a certain price on THE LITERAL PRICE TAG, you can count on it being 30% to 50% more expensive at checkout. Stuff like that makes me feel stupid for giving this place a chance when i was in a pinch or even in general. Made sure to milk me for every dime they could instead of just giving me a good deal. Iām a blue collar dude I'm not Jeff bezos. Not trying to spend a car payment on an ounce. I wish more people knew about the shops in Oxford, theyāre so close and they sell ounces that arenāt shake...

Tried to clear issue at the counter, but was treated condescendingly, so I swallowed my pride and left. This was after spending half hour there due to computer issues. Came home and did the math, 4 times. Call back up...25 minutes on phone for them to justify the overcharge to say the items i purchased (which I CHOSE Because they were on special) was charged FULL price because i applied points. before points, my purchase total was 90 bucks. Receipt said I had made 180 worth of purchases (computer totalled items at original price, not daily special price). So after i picked out 90 dollars worth of items, i chose to redeem my 30 dollar off points and my 20% off. My total was 89.60..... none of them seem to be able to do math š. 5 cartridges for 35 bucks, 1 disposable vape 10 bucks, 1 kiva bar 17.60, 1 black seed battery 16 bucks. TOTAL 78.60. I have a 30 dollar off redeem as well as 20% off total. TOTAL ON RECEIPT: 89.95
What is the malfunction...Wont be going back again, the treatment at the counter was...
