We just moved to the area and my husband got a migraine the other day and all he wanted was soup, and he was dying for it fast. Professor Soups came in CLUTCH with a wide variety, and a cooler of some grab & go options so that even though I left with easily a gallon and a half of soup, it was all different varieties. The tuscan white bean was a delightful and hearty alternate option to the classic standby chicken noodle, and I was able to easily reheat some of the loaded baked potato in a saucepan when he wanted to try one of the grab & go flavors I snagged. The woman at the counter, bless her I didn't catch her name, was so kind and patient with me as I darted frazzled from end to end at the counter, to the cooler, and back, buying up as much soup as my arms could carry in my chaotic state. Wonderful friendly owners and a clean bright establishment. I appreciate the diverse selection. The soup tastes very fresh and homemade in the best way, seasoned nicely and with good texture. I have tried the vermont cheddar and broccoli, chicken noodle, chicken tortilla, gazpacho, clam chowder, split pea with ham, creamy garlic chicken, loaded potato, and coconut lentil. They have all been delicious and to standard every time I have reordered. I love to take a pint of the lentil soup or vermont cheddar and add chicken then pour it over rice for a quick and easy homemade dinner for 2. The tortilla strips are also the best I have ever had! Stopped by today and had an excellent experience! The customer service was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Justin helped me out and he was awesome—friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. I tried the beef chili and it was absolutely delicious—hearty, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
