By far the WORST Dunkin Donuts i have ever been to. Even after trying to cancel the order and politely asking for a refund, the staff just paced around yelling at eachother. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I then watched an employee screaming for cream cheese for another non-exsistant order or something... So... What do you know, I ended up with a cream cheese bagel. I told them it was wrong, and then another staff member began making another wrong item. After informing them of the second mistake, she told me my order was too complicated and that i should order something else. Next thing you know my fiancee is telling them to stop yelling at eachother, and make the sandwich instead of demanding another employee to do it. So now they are really arguing, meanwhile our boat we are going scuba diving from is leaving the harbor (right down the road) in 10 min. So i ask the one and only employee that would acknowledge me (the rest started ignoring us) for a refund, and explained that we were trying to get to the boat before they left us. Now they are all walking back and forth, saying we cant get a refund "cause aint no manager here". I try my hardest to calm the situation, and to my surprise, one of the employee's says she can refund my 6 dollars and thirty something cents. I am ready to get my money back, leave, and never return. One of the staff members even says "just do it so he don't write a bad review" And i would have left it at that, but i never did receive my refund. Just to remind you, i have been here for 20 min already, and watching the time as it nears the departure time. One of the ladies tells me that they can't find the manager card to override the computer for the refund. As i sigh in disappointment, they start searching for it while screaming at eachother. There are things burning in the oven and the store looks like it was about to crumble. Not another person dared to enter while we spent our 30 minutes there. I thought we got lucky that it was empty, but found out the hard way of the lack of customers. I told the staff to forget the refund and congratulated them for the most comical but miserably sad performance i have ever witnessed in a restaurant. I told them to keep the money because i just paid to see something so astonishing and unbelievable, not even my scuba diving trip could rival. So i drove off in the sunset and nearly missed the west palm trip altogether. I will never go back, nor my fiancee or our friend, Gill, that was with us. The funniest part is that Gill ordered a coffee and hashbrown, and ended up with a cream cheese bagel. He didn't realize he was eating a bagel instead of hashbrowns till i told him they probably gave him the one they should...
Read moreThis dunkin needs help. I was on my bike today and they refused to let me inside at 1030 am. Only the drive thru was open. I saw multiple people be turned away who walked or had a bike. This is unacceptable. I believe The inside was closed all day. Its a shame the owner doesn't take more pride im owning this location!!! The staff is always voicing that the owner wont help them. I may just have to complain to corporate this time. This owner is representing Dunkin terribly. I have asked to speak to the owner but he is never there. I go to this place a few times a week. The drive thru lines always take at least 10 minutes per car. Wth. I have gone inside hoping for faster service and it was no different. I gave the employees a suggestion. To take all the orders and payments first. That would be more efficient and faster. The last time I was at the dunkin, there were 3 people in line at the time. They could have done all 3 orders and payments within 5 min. And had the coffee done also within min. They told me the owner requires them to take one order and payment at a time. Then they can make the one coffee. Then they can help the next guest. Which is why each order takes 10 minutes. Its absolutely ridiculous. This owner must be new to running a business. I told them they need a new policy and they said there is nothing they can do. On top of the incredibly slow service, something is always wrong. The drive thru microphone wasnt working for a while. And they were out of large coffee cups. Today its that they are I understaffed so they closed the restaurant during the day. The inside is never that busy to justify closing their doors to people on bikes and people who walk here. I work in a restaurant. These issues are just silly. You have specials on large coffees but dont have cups. Are you strategically trying to get out of giving the special price. The person who orders product cant be that inept. I can see it happening once but this happens often. So, my conclusion is the owner is cheap. No product, slim staff and no management. This is a prime location which is probably the only reason this place is still in business. This place could double its profit if it was efficient. The owner should sell to someone who wont run this place into the ground. He cant possibly be turning a profit. I wish there was another dd around but there is not. I go to McDonald's sometimes but i prefer dd.I wish this place would get it together. Most of the staff is nice but they need clear mgmt. I am angry every time I leave here. Read moreWorst location ever !! Went in to pick up my carry out order only for the front door to your restaurant be locked !!! A Uber driver with whom you guys agreed to partner with remained outside unawknlodged for over 20 minutes . Upon my arrival I was neglected and ignored at the door !!!!! It was 10 am . After knocking on the door repeatedly , I was able to get what seems like a shift leads attention to come to the door and talk to me . Nothing . Then I say I want to speak to the manager . ALL WHILE THEY REFUSED TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR A PAYED CUSTOMER. Finally the manager showed up and opened the door for me and the delivery driver . First thing she said when she opened her mouth was “what’s the problem ?” I explained to her the situation and I asked her what she was doing all this time we were locked outside . She said and I quote “I was doing my stuff , I was doing my inventory “ .. this is so crazy . I explained to her if she thought doing her inventory at this time was appropriate since the drive thru line was to the entrance with cars and you guys were sooooo busy that you are refusing to open your dining room . She later got defensive and proceeded to tell me to pick up my order from another location . I want this “manager “ fired . by the way I must add .
