7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in O’Fallon

I was very excited to try this place because I’ve heard so many great things. The drink I ordered was great.. it was a recommendation from the girl that took my order. The over all service was frustrating enough.. I’m taking the time to write this review.. the line I was in.. so slow.. the other line cars were being served 4 times faster. That’s not an exaggeration.. I started counting..4 cars to 1. The girl that took my order.. super sweet.. however another employee came up to relieve her., and they sat outside my car window talking about the toxic environment inside. Then it’s finally my turn to get my drink… while I watch 3 cars from the other line roll by… I hear someone shout… here’s a line two drink..finally.. then the blonde girl who delivered it hands it to me.. looks shocked that I didn’t do cartwheels to get my 6 dollar drink that took 27 minutes to make.. then I hear her as I’m pulling away.. guys that lady was a…,I didn’t stick around to get my juicy adjective…. But shouting it across the drive through lane for everyone to hear.. including the customer you talking about is usually frowned upon. I’m Not sure who’s in Charge of the operations of this establishment… but they have work to do. It reminded me of a high school business class experiment gone wrong. Perhaps they should recruit someone from the Chick-fil-A next door to teach them drive through...

So, I’m a type 1 diabetic, and I get a chiller 1/4 sweet literally everyday. Now, the Wentzville location messes it up everytime. So I started coming to this one. And for a while they had it down, it was great. When I say everyday I mean every day.

For some reason out of the blue, I’m not sure if they just got tired of me coming by once a morning or it’s because my car is loud (built)which is an assumption, but it’s been wrong everytime but once this whole week. To the point to where I’m just not going to get it no more. And I was buying one daily.

I’m not sure, and I have videos but all of a sudden it’s coming out like it would at wentzville, lighter in color and a bunch of white foam at the top. I have videos of what it should look like. One day they even tried to hand me one that was white in color and nothing but AIR & FOAM. You could literally squeeze the cup. So I went to cottleville explained it to them and it was perfect.

Not sure what’s going on, but I guess it’s came to an end.

EDIT : Seems that whatever makes the chillers come out different is the base. So, if the base is made wrong or different depending on who does it, that will make it wrong until the base is changed. Not sure why st. Charles chillers taste stronger coffee wise. So nobody is personally...

Let me just tell you that the service from KP was phenomenal. We were offered various drink options that we might find to our liking for that day. The customer service was friendly and you can tell that they are providing the best service for anyone who finds themselves in that drive thru. Not only did I feel welcomed by KP’s amazing service, but once we got to the “window” we received those beautifully concocted drink. I love just looking at these drinks but nothing can compare to the experience of when you have that first sip. They truly know how to rock your socks off at this place!!! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!! Thank you KP and the 7Brew team for always putting the customers...
