A shooting took place this past Wednesday around 12 at night . I had just gotten there and was with a friend . When they started shooting everyone ran to the back and I left my phone behind on the table . When the shooter left I cam back to the table and saw one of the girls who works here taking my phone she wouldn't give it back. Police had arrived on the scene for the shooting I asked them to look for my phone but of course they didn't find anything because this girl had already grabbed my phone. I spoke with Ruben zavala the owner of the bar. I showed proof of my iPhone being at the location through find my iphone. Everytime I call my phone it dials in and someone hangs up and sends me to voice mail. The phone is on lost mode so I will be taking this situation to court . I would've been willing to pay for my own phone back in peace but they are acting as if they don't know anything. It's a iphone 13 and has the back glass completely broken its basically not worth anything to even resell bc it's locked into loss mode. I really like this place so it's sad to say this happened. I also didn't see no security there that night and I have a witness and apparently the cameras can't reach where I was at? My brother who works as an officer has advised me to also file a police report to include in court so if any one else has had a similar experience with this bar please reach out to me. I have bought a new phone already my issue here is where is these people's integrity ? Especially the owner I was calm and collective while trying to come to a solution it is clear that my...
