Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

We ordered a pizza and pasta, I made a delivery note to deliver to the back door, my husband was sitting in the backyard waiting for our delivery driver Jose, and he never came to our back door my husband heard something by our gate and watched this man take our food out of the bag and placed it on the ground by our gate, when my husband asked him why did he do that and why didn't he come to the back door he said he had no delivery instructions which was false, then we call the store to complain and the manager said that's their policy if there are no delivery instructions. when we say there was instructions and what kind of policy allows someone to just place food on the ground and walk away she said it's their policy.... now the thing is we have been ordering from this location off and on for over year and this is the worst experience we have had. Went in to this location today and had an “okay” experience. The people were nice enough, answered my questions and gave me discounts- however I have to say- I was absolutely ripped off with my pizza price. Originally tried charging me $17 for a medium pizza because of the Philly cheesesteak topping? Then gave me the “discount” of $13 for the large with the Philly cheesesteak topping. I caved but I wish I hadn’t. What a waste of money. My pizza had 95% onion, mushrooms and peppers and hardly ANY of the specialty meat I paid extra for. Went to pick up a pizza at this location, when I walked in I said I was there for online pickup and stated the name. The male employee asked me to repeat the name so I did. He pressed something on the register and told me there was not any pickups with that name. I asked him if he could double check and he just said that there weren’t any pickup orders with the name I gave. Another employee walked over, a female, and asked me to repeat the name so I did and she walked to the back and grabbed the pizza with the name written right on the label.
