Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

Saturday, July 13th 2024, 9:02a: (I specify the time and date because I didn’t get the names of the ladies servicing me, and I want them and management to know that this morning crew was awesome!) Mobile ordered for drive-thru, but drive-thru was packed when I got there, so I got down. I went inside and it was all hands on deck, absolutely every worker was bustling around getting things done, no standing around here! Although they were clearly very busy, every one of them graciously treated customers pleasantly, which we know if becoming rarer these days. As soon as I let them know I decided to get down, instead of wait for the drive-thru, they went to work on my single drink order. They even gave me a complimentary donut, and apologized for the wait! (There really wasn’t much of a wait at all.) Hands down my best experience at any Dunkin Donuts location. Staff was exceptional, and zero attitude...

So, I've just left Dunkin donuts from 87th n stoney island.

I was not satisfied with the no customer service from this young lady. So walking in I ask the customer in front are you in line, they said we just placed our order.

Cool I said, while walking towards the counter. The young lady walks away from counter after looking dead in my face. So Im standing here a good five minutes.

She finally acknowledged me by asking is Im here for a pick up. I said no but I wud like to have my order place for just one cup of coffee if you don't mind.

She tells me yes sure let me finish taking care of them first...🤯....This is what you don't do.

First rule of thumb is greet your customers, hello,good morning, I'll be right with you while you're deciding, anything that engages with the customer.

Horrible experience… had a ms .esmeralda V I’m assuming that’s what the recipe says. Soo I order a coconut refresher strawberry. First time getting one. No where on the fully readable menu and pictures … was there the peach one. But yet I got a peach one. When I approached the employee that took my order I nicely told her. I asked for the strawberry one and she said uhhh I asked u twice . Yes she did and both times I said strawberry. I didn’t even know the peach one existed. Why tf do these people go to work and feel the need to be rude to the customer. And cherry on top .. a customer that was well know to the staff was in the establishment with no mask.
