Subway — Restaurant in Lake Township

Customer service sucks!! I came in & purchased two footlong sandwiches for my dad & myself. I wasn't really even thirsty, but decided to get a drink anyway. I literally went through all of the fountain drinks, but the diet drinks. Hmmm...out of all of the drinks, none of them were strong & I haven't even added ice yet. It fizzled, but not strong. I told the worker behind the counter about the drinks & she swore she just changed the CO tank. I said ma'am, even the fruit punch taste like water. She went on saying "well, no one else complained". & I said " well, I am". She said "well, sorry I can't help u". I said "can I @ least get a bottled water, since they're the same price?" . She replied " Yes, but it'll be .55cent extra." I looked up on the menu & said, but it's the same price right there!" .. She said "but ur switching drinks"....smmfh...I just left the cup filled with flavored water on counter & walked out!!! Never again will I...

This place is very obviously frequented by drunks, drug addicts, and call girls which isn't the subways fault so be ready for some interesting people watching while you wait in line while the people ahead of you look off into space and mumble their order to the guy who can't hear from the other side of the plexiglass box. I will say the bread for my sandwiches was small but the ingredients seemed fine and the order was followed correctly. The guy tries his best to be fast and efficient and my food was ordered and done just like the app said but he handles people 1 at a time based on how they arrived in the shop regardless of if you placed a mobile order so you might need to be pushy if you see your order on the counter behind the register and force yourself ahead of other people . For me I didn't mind waiting for 10 minutes to take in the telenovela happening live...

Can you say rude.. Say its again.. I only went in to get some cookies and this rude worker that said she was the manager was going to sale me a cookie that was broken so I asked for another 1 when I tell you that she told me no and started going off on me .I have to stop her and tell her to stop talking to me like that then she told me that she not serving me and but them same broke cookies back I take it to sale to someone else. Next things I know I told her that she has very back customer service skills and her English is off that she may need to go back to where she came from because she missed the part about how to treat people.. And for some reason when you go into all the subways now the same people are running it now what happened did subway really sell to people that are just rude and nasty and don't believe in showers..
