Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

This was my second time at this location. The first time I stood at the counter for at least 6-8 minutes patiently. No one acknowledged me, after a while the girl Roberto came to take my order and I told him “ you guys should at least acknowledge the customer and say give you a moment it’ll make a big difference than ignoring the customer.” He didn’t care. Went here today and sent my two kids in to get their donuts. I waited in the car for 5 min then called my daughter and asked what was going on, she said we’re still waiting thru haven’t even said nothing to us. I go inside and ask the guy did he not see them there and how long will it be until he can get us donuts. The guy name is Roberto, he waved me off I asked him and what does that mean and he did it again. The lady that was in there were no better then him. She came to the counter with an attitude and said “what” like what do you mean what. I told her they need to do better and she told me she wasn’t taking my order anymore I was fine with that and will not give them my money. Once we got outside my daughter said the workers were in the establishment fighter, cursing, and sticking their middle finger up at eachother.instead of playing around while customers was present they could’ve been taking orders. Do Not Go Here, it’s possessed. I pulled up to get a coffee via drive through. All the lights were shut off on the menu display and it felt like the place was permanently closed. The sound of the drive-through speaker was so distorted that you I could barely hear the person on the other side. I wish I called it quits then and there because it only got weirder after that.

I pulled up and asked if I could also purchase a cup of hot tea and an iced water for my passengers. The man working the drive-through window flatly said they don’t sell water so I clarified that I wanted to pay for both additional items and he just repeated it louder and shut the drive through window and walked away. I read another review that apparently that’s something he’s been doing on the regular. But why gate-keep water when we want to buy it from you, DD? The whole experience was unhinged.

To add insult to injury, the cold brew drink I ordered was prepared disgustingly and I only drank a few sips before tossing it due to the coffee being burnt and it having cream and sugar I definitely never asked for.

Hope this location revamps their operations or switches to functioning as a haunted house instead. At least that way It will be much...

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. My husband and I just left this location and I am baffled by the lack of communication. We simply wanted 2 cups of coffee to go with some cookies that my sister made. We pulled up to the drive thru and received no response. We backed and pulled forward twice with no response. We then parked and walked to the door where we saw at least 2 people inside wiping down tables, etc. Another person pulled up and it appeared she was ordering but I guess she didn’t because she pulled around and left. As we pulled around, there was a young lady standing by the window doing something. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just say even though the signs say we are open, we are really closed.
