Floor was dirty trash overflowing tables dirty I don’t understand why employers don’t take pride in there work this location is the worst customer service was horrible the guy had a beard that need to be shaved or trimmed down (cashier) he made me some bad coffee I don’t know what was going on but it wasn’t coffee I explained to him the coffee tasted funny he passed me a another coffee and walked off I open the coffee up and coffee grounds where in the cup the person (cook ) on drive thu was only using one glove and when I told him he should use gloves he said he not touching the food with gloves I explained to him that’s the only reason I said something to him was because I seen him touch the customer before me food with no gloves the service was so unprofessional and wrong I feel like I deserved better service...

I walked over here on my lunch break, only to find the door locked and the lobby closed to the public. Even though it was only 1:54 PM, customers like myself were turned away, while the drive-through remained open. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to see a business in this community operate in such a way. If you’re not comfortable serving all members of this neighborhood, perhaps you should reconsider doing business here. Please stop profiling the area and treat your customers with the respect...

The two gentlemen working were so kind and attentive. The man who works the register listens well (we had a long complex order) and is respectful. The man preparing the food and drinks prepared them well and no mistakes were made. Would go back to this location. Sometimes the experiences at other Dunkins is underwhelming and the food is cold. This experience was enjoyable and the food was warm and tasty. Minus one point for atmosphere since the seats and tables weren’t put out. But overall great...
