Today I had a terrible experience! I usually receive good customer service and polite encounters. Today was the exception, because the cashier was having a bad day. Once I paid my order the cashier closed the window. Since it was a drive-through Usually its fast but aleast say thank you and have nice day. The cashier literally closed the window and started to talk to another employee. He pointed and looked at me. I then gesture to see if there was something wrong because I thought they might if given me the wrong order. She opened the window and very aggressively asked what I wanted! I got upset and asked for her name and also her supervisor. She refused to both of my requests and didn't comply with her job. She didn't offer a lead or anyone else. She gave me 2 bogus names and closed her little window again. She needs better customer service training or not work...

As many have mentioned, even if the order was messed up, what would you do with a coffee that was already taken out of the restaurant. You can not give it to anyone else, but the coffee was paid for.
