Ice cream shouldnt look gross in the gallon buckets, but much of theirs was melted and hadn't been maintained with a flat scoop. The manger should make sure the freezer is 3° and if there was a problem that melted the ice cream. Cut it from the edges and toss it! The waffle cones were huge, but that fake chocolate on the edges is enough to get you sick. It is very waxy and ruins the experience. The very berry sherbet tasted if only sour apple. The mint chocolate ship was faintly green and the chocolate chips had the consistency of shredded coconut. I'm not sure this is because the ice cream was effected by a power outage or what. Some of the kids had the snickers which they loved. We tried to avoid the melted buckets so it was slim pickens at that time. Hope they do better. I realize it is a corporate joint and they dont have the some of standards I'd like, but they def have to maintain tmfreshness of cones and stop using that disgusting fake...
Read moreI visit this location twice per week. I work close by and go in at 9:30 am. Love my coffee and 2 Boston cream! This morning I truly go miss treated/discriminated against!!! I pulled in behind a car that stopped short by the front door leaving my rear end of car half in the street. So I tooted my horn for the customer to pull up a little so I could get out of the street. So I pull around to the window explaining to the young man what was going on and he told me, with an attitude, I would have to drive around and get back in line after he had made me wait while he listen to the car behind me! Since I was on my way to work I did not have time to do this nor wait in line again. If this is how u treat regular customers, ...
Read moreFirst time going to Dunkin. Will not be back. Drive through moved quickly. I work in a drive through so I try to order in the easiest way for the person receiving my order, but he did not ring me up for the first food item I ordered. When he didn't say a word to me at the drive through, took my payment, and then walked away, I was confused. When he asked if that was all of my order, I said I didn't get one thing. He straight up said I didn't order it. He must have thought I was ordering just the donut, and not both the donut and the toast, but regardless, he rolled his eyes at me. I was over apologetic and offered to go back around the drive through to help his times, but he told me to park, which was fine. I'm just baffled at the lack of questions, just rushing me and getting me out...
