I had just visited this location, I had placed an order through the app. I had two drinks, I had pressed the "Ready to pick up" button at the corner just before I had gotten to the store thinking I would be able to just pick it up only to be told there was nothing on their end I pull up to try to explain to the worker and show him the confirmation on the app about the order being place only to be told again nothing, he had suggested I had the location wrong or something else and I though hey maybe he was right so i pull away and check. Location was correct, and money was taken out. I did notice that I had pressed the Walk-in option so I pull around and try again noting my mistake as maybe that could have been the problem. I was once again told the same thing, so I try to figure what to do as to maybe get my drinks or money back some how and he says "I dont know what I'm doing, im just following what is on the register" and I was trying to keep my calm to try and figure something out, only to be told there was nothing and I wont lie I was getting a little heated and raising my voice and bit and I did pull around to the window to attempt to show the worker the conformation again but he had refused to take a look at it and refused to acknowledge me showing it to him the first time and I was raising my voice at this point in order to get a word in and figure out a way to try and get my money back I was finally able to find a way to get it back by talking to the manager or calling corporate.
I have two theories, there was a problem with the app which I can believe. But I also believe they had marked the order as picked up or...
Read moreI went to this location on my way to work tonight and ordered a medium coffee 4 creams and 4 pumps of liquid sugar along with a chocolate glazed donut. I get my coffee from the guy at the register and I don’t even get greeted. Then my coffee looks watered down. I first I thought maybe it looks like that because it doesn’t look like it has 4 creams, but as I’m driving to work I taste it and it tastes watered down. I was very upset because I can’t go back to get it remade. At work I try the donut and it doesn’t look fresh. This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Last month I place an order through the Dunkin app. I went inside to pick up order and it took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. My order wasn’t even ready and the managers were trying to fix the screens on the wall where the donuts are, but never acknowledged customers or had their employees come to the register. When I got my drinks my coffee was missing liquid sugar and the two other drinks I got were not filled up to the line at the top, they were missing liquid. I had stopped going to this location for 2 years because of the customer service and I decided to give them a second change. They were actually good again, but now it seems like their consistency in good customer service is not a priority again....

My mom tried to order 3 drinks, hash browns and 2 sandwiches (Dunkin Refresher, 2 Coffees, Turkey Sausage,egg and cheese sandwich, sourdough grilled cheese sandwich) at the drive thru. It seemed fine until the cashier working started to be rude after saying that they didn't have a Dunkin Refresher. My mom then asked if she can get a Matcha Latte instead. The cashier said to "go around" the drive thru again because there were other people behind her waiting. It was very rude and inconvenient, yet he said for "the convenience of other customers" so it's real hard to add another drink to the order since one wasn't in stock? And it definitely sounded like he didn't want to change our order even though we're also customers. My mom just left, and I'm sure the boss was pretty mad at that person for doing that, but who knows since I see so much bad reviews for this location. There are many other Dunkin locations to go to, avoid this one...
