Tried this place late Saturday. Seemed short staffed. The front service worker was trying to hepo the kitchen and do front duties. Chef was being a prick to her to the point where people left instead of placing orders. We ordered a couple things, one being a 3 taco dinner. Only one taco was given. When we called to try and resolve Jeanette was trying to resolve it but the chef was insistent he didn't make a mistake and could hear his beligerence through the phone. Unfortunately since the chef was being that way, Jeanette couldn't do anything to resolve it and could only offer to try and wake the manager up. Empower her to take care of customers and honestly, get a better cook who can own up to mistakes. Pic for proof. Two stars just because Jeanette was doing her best and it wasn't her fault. Stephanie was the most unprofessional cashier I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She has a very nasty attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service. I arrived at store 10 minutes past closing, and she completely waved me off versus coming to the door to explain what to do in regards to my prepaid order. She advised me that she should’ve been gone, and she was already passed her time, even though I looked through the window and seen the cook dropping food to take home. Obviously no one was in the store to make food for, and she said they didn’t have my order that was placed 10 mins before I pulled up, I asked her name and she gave me a fake name. I came back the next morning and got my food replaced by Carla and she’s amazing and have great customer service. Stephanie need to work at Mc Donald’s with that nasty attitude...

Hostess was friendly as can be upon walking in. It was my first time here I had high expectations after my brother recommended this place. My expectations were met in every way. My son and I ordered two bowls. Chipotle cannot compare, this place has real authentic tasting Mexican ingredients and flavors. Salsa is amazing, lemonade is like limeade. So delicious. My son is a body builder and has an appetite like one and the chicken portion was not nearly enough for him. Next time I will request extra meat. (I put the empty bowl to show my son picking each piece of rice as it was so tasty) My bowl was large enough for me and I took home half as I only consume 1,200 calories a day. So depending on your preference you may want to ask for more protein. We will definitely be back to try the enchiladas...
