I walk in about two hours before close yesterday, February 2, there was a young woman, she had long brown hair in pony tail, working behind the counter, it was only us there at first I smiled and said hi how are you doing to her, she said nothing in response and barely looked at me, I thought maybe they were closing but I looked online really quick and seen they didn’t close for a little while. Finally when she went to the register she said “what’s your order” I said hi to her again but no pleasantries were said on her end. I ordered a large strawberry green tea with tapioca boba and lychee jelly. At this point a group of about 4 people came in behind me. As I was paying I even gave her a 20% tip which she saw and when I pulled out my card I said thank you, again nothing was said from her. She just had an expression like she did not want to be there. When she waited on the group behind me another man came from the back who was a lot nicer and spoke to them kind of like he knew them. Finally my drink was ready and she called it out I walked up to get it and said “thank you have a great night” again, absolutely no response or anything which is just really extremely rude. It’s not like she didn’t hear me she was looking right at me. Lastly, I barely had any tapioca pearls in my drink which I was upset about because you have to pay for them and that’s the whole point of boba. I was really disappointed with the service and the quality of the drink, the strawberry tea tasted really watered down. This was my second time at this place the first time was when it opened and I was served by a man who was nice and my drink was good. I get it, I work in customer service too and I have bad days but I never take it out on customers. The whole thing just gave me the ick and I just thought it was so rude, and the drink not being good didn’t help. This is a very nice place to get drinks and sweets. Boba Heaven has a lot of options and variety of ingredients for boba. I personally had their Green Tea Milk Latte with lychee coconut jelly. It was really, although a little too sweet for my preference. My friend had a pineapple milk tea with pineapple popping boba. We both really enjoyed our drink and were satisfied with the quality for the price! Although they didn't include it in the menu, the workers also offered us unresistable strawberry churros. They were really good as well. The seating inside was very clean and cozy. We had no trouble finding seats near a window and enjoyed our food in peace. The employees were very nice to both me and my friend at this location.
