Mattress Firm Ford City Mall — Hotel in Lake Township

I visited the Ford city location may 25th 2019, I was in the process of looking for new mattress set, this was where I met Shauntell, I came in only knowing i needed mattresses, she literally had me lay on every bed from soft to firm ( I'm a medium) to find which bed suited me. Before coming to the store, I looked online and had a mattress and budget in mind before I entered the store, Shauntell asked me a lot of questions, trying to find out exactly what I needed/wanted once we established that I was a medium sleeper, I stayed in the store 2 hrs, testing beds asking questions, the mattress I thought I wanted turned out not to be a good fit for me (turns out I don't like memory foam🤣) , with shauntell's assistance I ended up getting the king plush vinnings beautyrest and raised metal platform, box springs, and total encasement protector I spent way more but I ended up with exactly what I wanted!!!!! this an amazing mattress and great investment I wake up refreshed I love it!!! My family and I are so overjoyed and full of happiness with the service that we had today! We had such a wonderful experience today! Both Shontelle and Manny were both experts on helping us find the perfect bed for my Family. They made us feel so welcomed, comfortable and happy. They answered every single question we had and were very patient with us. Not one bit they did make us feel like a “ normal awarked customer” but they made us feel way better than that! I had gone to Bob’s furniture store and Ashley in the same area and no one helped me. I came into this store and Candice was there and listened to what I was looking for and offered me all the selections that matched my interests. She encouraged me to check the different options and explain to me why they felt so different. I had an email coupon so that helped with the cost.
