My recent visit to El Asador Restaurant was an absolute delight and a gem! From the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the incredible food, everything about our experience was top-notch. Upon entering, we were greeted with a friendly smile and promptly seated. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for a relaxing meal. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! Every dish we ordered was a work of art. The flavors were bold and authentic, Specially the Quesabirria Tacos. These tacos were a revelation! The tender, flavorful beef was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The cheese crust on the tortillas added a deliciously crispy texture that took these tacos to the next level. And the dipping broth? Pure magic. It was rich, savory, and elevated the entire dish to a new level of culinary bliss. Every bite was a burst of flavor that left us craving more. If you're looking for a restaurant that combines exceptional service, a warm atmosphere, and truly remarkable food, El Asador is the place to be. And don't forget to order those Quesabirria Tacos – they're a game-changer! You won't be disappointed. I can't recommend El Asador enough. It's a true culinary gem in every sense. I'll definitely be returning soon to savor more of their delectable offerings. Thank you, El Asador, for an unforgettable evening! We can't wait to return

We ordered two menudos from there for pick up. There’s a hassle picking up my order with the cashiers not giving my order correctly. As i am eating I find a thin metal piece from your sponges or something in my mouth. I automatically spit it out. I lost all apettite. I have my mom call the restaurant and explain so that they can check the food for other customers. right away the cashiers start denying and attacking like we were the ones who did it. Food taste ok but customer service is trash.

It's a hidden jam. The food is good and reasonably priced. I ordered the El Asador breakfast plate, it comes with spanish rice, refried beans, 2 bacon strips, a slice of ham, a piece of steak, fried potatoes and eggs all for $11.75. To drink I enjoyed a refreshing Jamaica water. When our food arrived we were given an avocado salsa and hot homemade tortillas. Our server was very accommodating and courteous. You must check it out.

DO NOT GO HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. COCKROACHES ON THE WALL. My family and I came to this restaurant because of the great things we hear about the tacos. However, that quickly changed as soon as we entered. The service is horrible. We were told to sit wherever we wanted and so we did. Afterwards, we were given very little chips that we can count with our fingers. It was five of us, and we had to keep asking for more chips. Not only that, but we had to repeatedly ask for chips because the server had completely forgotten about us. After we ordered our food, we noticed a COCKROACH on the wall going underneath the sombrero that they have on the wall. We told one of the servers, and she laughed and asked if we wanted to sit anywhere else. Another server came and stated that the cockroaches must’ve came in within the time that they were closed for the holidays since they haven’t cleaned for a week. The tacos were alright, but they could’ve been better. The only thing that made them good was the salsa. My mom had to repeatedly ask for utensils as well to eat her food. There was a point where I almost got up to get them myself, I just didn’t know where they were. After being disappointed with our experience we continued on to pay for our food. Usually we pay at the table but it seemed as if there was no servers. Therefore, we went up to the front to pay. I was standing by the cashier in front of 3-4 girls in which they did not acknowledge me whatsoever for about 5 minutes maybe more. They were very unprofessional, and told us to wait for our server. Meanwhile, two of the cashier girls were rudely speaking about one of my family members who was standing by the door waiting for us. They stopped when we told them he was with us and covered their mouth with their hands in shock. Moral of the story, DO NOT COME HERE. Very unprofessional, rude, and horrible. Attached is a photo of one of the cockroaches. It is a bad picture but it was way bigger...

I am giving a one star based on service and deceitful prices; and based on previous reviews, this establishment is possibly actively participating in consumer fraud. On their window they have a sign for breakfast special 5.99. When I went inside, the waitress handed the menu. The menu stated 5.99 and listed the breakfast that were the specials. Specials are during weekdays (Monday - Thursday I believe) before 11am. I went on a Monday at 10 am. When we ordered, my mother specifically stated “ I want the special” and indicated which plate. We all ordered from the specials. Once it was time to pay, she gave me the total which didn’t add up based on what I thought the prices were. Turns out the plates were 7.99. I told her we ordered the special and she stated that the prices went up and that they haven’t ran out of their old pamphlets reflecting the old prices which is why they are still using them. Paying 8 dollars for each plate isn’t the issue. The issue is the deceitful manner . They waited until the bill was served to notify us of the prices. 1) they should take down the sign outside 2) if they are still using old pamphlets they need notify the customer from the get-go. 3) telling the customer that the prices in the menu and outside are not the actual prices once the bill is processed is deceitful.

The waitress had the opportunity to notify us about the difference in prices (since they are using old pamphlets and haven’t taken down the sign outside) the moment she handed the menus, or ordering at the very least. But she didn’t. She waited until it was time to pay to explain. And the only reason she explained was because I pointed it out.

Again, the prices aren’t the issue—it’s the action of deceiving the customer that’s...
