Langosta Nayarita — Restaurant in Lake Township

I walked into this restaurant with my family with the hopes of having a good dinner only to be seated and not even get our drinks let alone hoping to get food we waited to see a server for more than 45 minutes only reason we even got to talk to a server was because a member of my party stood up and went to go talk to one of the servers asking why we haven't been taken care of, who knows how long we would have been waiting if one of us didn't go looking for a server, and after that the person in my party came back and the server came running after once we were taken care of the server had charged us tips on our card when we told her we would be leaving a tip in cash. We didn't realize until she had already taken the tip in cash so we asked for her to just refund the electronic tip but she started making up that it was policy to charge tables tip for the service provided by the server and she kept stalling for time and making excuses on how she could not refund the tip so in total she forcefully claimed herself a tip of 22 dollars this was a horrible experience and me and my family will not be returning to a place that has servers that forcefully take money away from customers that is not related to their...

I was looking for seafood places to celebrate a birthday .Went to this restaurant 2 times the first time was on a weekday to rate the place, my husband and I walked in noone greeted us, I was not sure if we had to seat ourselves or what ??? After we just decided to seat ourselves , the waitress then told us, that side was closed she proceeded to seat us at another table. food was good , good flavor for mexican mariscos, the atmosphere was cute . So we decided to bring the rest of the family . 2nd time we waived a waitress down to ask where to sit, food was good as usual then waitress lost interest in us and we had to be getting random waitress to bring us tostadas , limes etc. We had to wait an extra 20 min just to get our check too. Went in on a sunday evening with my family and the service was not the best. We had to wait about 20 mins for the waitress to take our order since her and the other waitresses were busy taking shots at other tables and flirting with the men. That is very unprofessional and embarrassing for the restaurant. When we brought it to their attention, one of the waitresses was rude saying that she was not our waitress, yet she picked up our plates at one point. This not only happened to us, but we saw another table with a family who had been waiting for a while to get their orders taken, again because the waitresses were busy taking shots and flirting with the men at other tables.
