Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

I had order my pizza online and it gave me a current time . When I went inside they told me I’m looking at a hour longer for one pizza and one crazy bread . While waiting their was so many people their complaining about waiting their for over a hour for their pizza . The staff seem confused. They wasn’t keeping track of orders and two of them was wearing headphones. This is a work place . Your their to work not listen to music . But in the mist of all that I asked to talk to the Manager. However the manager refused to come to us and take care the situation and made the cashier try to handle it . So unprofessional. Their was a lady their that place a order in at noon and was told to come in at 5 for that order for her party . And they said they threw her pizza out when she came in . Why would you do that when the time was set . Then she had to wait another hour for pizza for her party . Wow . And when she complained about it no one did anything to make the situation right . As well about 4 times I made sure with the employees to make my pizza and crazy bread lightly cooked . But after waiting an hour their it’s wasn’t lighting cooked . It was over cooked ! You can’t reach anyone at this...

Ordered a supreme pizza at 4:50PM by phone, said it would take 20 minutes. Arrived at 5:10PM and was told again in 20 minutes despite saying I ordered ahead of time. People who were behind me got theirs faster than mine, one customer had ordered 2 supreme. After seeing no results I asked for my money back and SURPRISE, the pizza miraculously was ready. Got it at 5:50PM. I waited an hour and received this piece of oh no. Did the people who prepared it eat the olives?

EDIT: To be fair, there were new faces working in here and they were doing their best, so I'm boosting it to 2 stars. And to the dude who worked on the pizzas that said that people have to wait for their order, get your act together mate, this pizza was ordered ahead of time to avoid the whole hassle of waiting time 20 minutes for a hot and ready pizza, guess there was no point to it since got it in one hour, at that point a normal pizzeria would have been the best...

Oh my. This is probably one of the worse LC locations, every time I go in there there’s a large amount of people waiting for their orders. I placed a mobile order, went after the estimated time and still waited an extra hour. The person next to me in the store was waiting just as long. The workers take forever to actually attend customers. They’re in the back just messing around or “working.” None of the orders are actually made together. I’ve witnessed multiple times they take the sticker from one item of an order that hasn’t been picked up yet and move it to another order. Which likely adds to their time management issue because who knows if they remember to make that extra item. Honestly if you’re thinking “it’s Friday night, I’ll order a pizza instead of cooking.” Either go somewhere else spend your extra coins or just cook. You’ll spend 2 hours waiting for cold pizza and bad...
