Thanks for responding back to my other problem two months ago(Ty Dell) that’s me I forgot my password. But this is my main account. I still purchase gyro platters three-four times a week I’m Lee ask your employee im faithfully at papa t three times a week for sure. Now since 2024 WHERE IS THE MEAT??? Papa T has cut back big time on the meat why? It’s paper thin now plus less meat 🤦🏿‍♂️ my suggestion is to raise the price. Don’t cheat us or maybe this is payback from me speaking up two months ago? It’s no option to add pictures but come on it’s always something. Order number 6447 6447 sent from station #11 Phone room 02/14/24 time 5:38pm that’s me.Lee 11-27-24 Here we go again 🤷🏿‍♂️ for the last two weeks(6 times) I been ordering large ribs tips with two orders of garlic cheese bread mozzarella price $27.97 no problem. The food been fantastic, no complaints. Today I ordered the same large tip two garlic cheese bread mozzarella. Ticket number 113 7:02pm ordered. They bring out my food, I noticed the bag much smaller. Open it up no garlic cheese bread(I thought) she take the order back and bring it back and state “it’s in the bag” I’m still confused 🤷🏿‍♂️ So the lady comes out the back and say “it’s wrapped in the foil” I open up the foil. Two paper thin pieces of bread with cheese on them wrapped in plastic wrap……WTF!!! Totally different from the ones I been purchasing for two weeks. She stated “he’s a new cook” I worked a ten hour shift and that incident just messed up my whole day. All I want is what I pay for period. Mr. Papa T here’s a suggestion. There is so much wrong with this place. First off I called through my cellphone and instantly the person(female) who answered the phone was very rude. I asked for a jumbo sized pepperoni and sausage pizza , large fries and jumbo wings . I was told again very rudely that there was no jumbo wings so I settled for regular wings. after ordering my food I was told it would be an Hour wait so it was fine since me and my brother weren't to hungry after a while the pizza finally got here and I noticed it smaller then usual but the rest of my order was in tact so I thought it was just a size thing since I haven't eaten there. I opened up the box and instead of finding a jumbo sized pepperoni and sausage pizza I find a large Cheese pizza. I called the restaurant and they said what did i want to do about it? I said i wanted my pizza and they responded with well you will have to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes and give us back the pizza you got so not only did I have to wait for my actual pizza but Not even a sorry for the mistake. I will say this the pizza delivery guy was very apologetic and he let me know who ever said 20 to 30 minutes was a lier and it would never take that much. I am very disappointed in this place it took me almost two hours to finally eat and for that experience alone I hope no one ever comes here unless they change their ways this place is never winning me over and I ain't ordering...

I called during a snow storm and placed the order to originally delivered but was told it would take an hour and a half for delivery but they told us we could pick it up in 20 minutes. I waited about 30 minutes before I left to pick up. I ordered 4 broasted chicken wings and 4 pieces of bar b Que chicken, fries, and a thin slice of pizza. We got there and was told the food wasn’t ready so we went and sat in the for another 15 minutes. Paid $34.00. We got the food home and everything was soaked in grease, like bathing in grease, the fries and chicken were both undercooked-so much that I had to pat the fries down to soak up the grease. Then the thin slice of pizza was mush. Grease and cheese. Btw the Cole slaw was warm yep warm. Keep in mind this is all during a snowstorm. I called them back and got some dude on the phone to tell him how disappointed I was and that the food was under cooked and I was starving. So the guy told me to bring the food back. I told him I wouldn’t because there’s a snow storm. I told him I would just leave a review about the experience. This happened to me many years ago with Father and Sons pizza in Lincoln park and guess what they’ve gone out of business. He knew I wasn’t going to come back out and I think that’s how they capitalize. They have to know based on their reviews that they have a problem...
